I was expecting a 1 large size bed, but it was two single beds

Very good place for a short travel! Exceptionally clean toilet and bathroom, which I really appreciated. Kind and responsive staff.

The place was clean, quiet, and secure. It's near the downtown area and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The caretaker was friendly & taught me how to navigate to my itinerary. The room was clean & cool, and the whole building is secured.

The place costs cheap but the building and unit isn’t. You get what you paid for. In tagalog, SULIT! We just needed a nice play to stay overnight before heading back to manila and it was really great that we had this since it’s near SM Lanang where we planned to have our dinner. Glad that we had free coffee and bread the next morning! :) love it! Overall, it’s really good! Even the shower has hot and cold options. AC is working fine. I can’t drop anything bad about the place. Go and visit!

FLEXIBLE CHECKIN FOR A GOOD PRICE! Our flight got delayed and needed somewhere to rest for a while before commuting back to the province. Imagine finding a place to check in at 12AM while waiting for your flight to push through?! Thanks to this place we got to rest before another trip.

Wow! The whole place is much better than I expected. Cooking and cleaning the dishes feels like home. I stayed with my friends and we are well bonded here. And the continental breakfast is so enough, you can eat as much bread as you wanted, they also have this unique Guava Jam. The corn coffee is another unique thing I found in here. They keep the common places sparkling clean all the time.

A great and comfortable place to stay at. The location is close to stores that you will be needing. It is safe w lots of security guards around. Thanks for having us!

The night view of Davao City from the 20th floor is the best! Place is clean and cozy. Had a really great time!

It was such a pleasant stay at Sherwin's! I am beyond thankful for accommodating me in such short notice and being able to let me checked-in earlier. Check-out was also easy. Sherwin is very responsive and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Definitely will recommend and will book again once i'm in Davao ❤️

The place is very quiet and beautiful. You can walk/jog around the area. The place is secured as well. Just the right place for our family.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Jona sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie den Wasserspender oder der bereitgestellte Kaffee (Instant). Dazu im Bad viel Seife und genügend Handtücher. Man kann viel unternehmen, weil die Abreeza-Mall nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Danke
