Fantastic Christmas and New Year's Getaway! We just spent an incredible holiday season at this amazing property. The house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The friendly helpers made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with some last-minute requests. The kids had an absolute blast playing pool and splashing around in the pool. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so special. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing studio unit on the 10th floor of Ivory Residences. The place is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The 55-inch TV with Netflix was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly, and the AC was quiet, making for a restful sleep. I also loved the view from the balcony—definitely a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

Perfect if you want to recharge and have peace also convenient when you do shopping.

We had a fantastic time, comfortable and safe. Worth the cost. The condo was spotless, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Easy access to park, coffee bars and restaurant within the premises. Merlyn awesome and responsive host. I highly recommend if you stayed around Davao City. Thank you Merlyn.
