I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Absolutely superb stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was also excellent—convenient and peaceful. We had an amazing experience and will definitely rebook for our next trip. Highly recommend!!!!!

Space is great and with parking as well. very close to Abreeza and Grab delivery/taxi is able to find it. I will definitely come back. Mae Anne is a very accomodating host

I will surely book with Miss Eldeen again in the future! She's so kind for letting us to check in early even though we requested to booked the place at the very last minute. Really pleasant stay, location is very quiet. Enjoyed the late night sits at the balcony. I could watch basketball games from the balcony what amused me during the weekends. Surroundings were very clean and well maintained. Even my requests for a blender was taken care of without any extra fees. The owner checked in regularly to check if everything was OK which was very kind. Would definitely book it again for my next trips. I would recommend this stay to anyone who values quietness on the afternoon.

This was our fourth time staying in this house, and as always, it was worth every penny! The place is spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings and barkada trips. We always appreciate how comfortable and accommodating the space is, which is why we keep coming back. The caretakers are friendly, and the host is always responsive and welcoming. A big plus for us was how considerate they were—after finishing a trail run race, we asked if we could extend our stay for a couple more hours to freshen up, and they graciously allowed us to stay for free. That kind of hospitality goes a long way! While no stay is ever perfect, the overall experience has always been enjoyable, which is why we continue to return. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommended for those looking for a spacious and accommodating place to stay.

Exactly as advertised. Good place to stay if on a budget and not planning to spend a lot for a trip. Spacious ref and quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the accommodation of my check in I requested (12am). Polite caretaker and Host. Will definitely stay again next year.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

Highly recommended! This is my family's favorite place to stay at whenever we're in Davao. This is our second time staying here and this place doesn't disappoint us in any way. Very clean and feels right at home! The host is very friendly and responsive, too. His sister who welcomed us during every check in is also very accommodating. Shukran! Overall experience is great. Will be staying here again for sure :)

Host is very responsive and replies to questions/inquiries within a couple of minutes. The unit is very cozy for a minimalist style. Walking distance to cafes, and restaurants, there’s also a convenience store a block from the building. The host is also very proactive to my needs as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I was one of the cleanest places I've stayed with no bugs. Everything was exactly as shown with everything we could need. It was fairly close to some nice waterfront restaurants and close to the Ferry to Samal Island. Checking in would have been very easy, but I made everything difficult because I lost my phone at the airport in the US before I even left. I had my laptop, but I had problems finding wifi, so I had trouble accessing info that would have made it very easy to check in. I stayed in a hotel the first night to get Wifi and access all the info I needed to get in the unit. In case I had any trouble with the keyless entry, they dropped a key at the hotel front desk. They were great and very responsive. All the issues I had were of my own making and wouldn't have been issues, if hadn't lost my phone. There was a store on the property for basics. The pool was great, people were friendly, and the laundry was open 24/7. No complaint

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb. Many thanks for the host.
