Totally worth it.

It was a quiet and cozy little condo. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

The place is new, nice and affordable. Fully furnished. It has everything you need in a condo unit(with pool and playground). The host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She makes sure that all our concerns are addressed. Highly Recommendable!

As a foreigner with a fillipino partner we were greeted so respectfully from the first moment and were shown around the unit. All questions were answered immediately and clearly. The place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breathless views and beach at your back door was the highlight. We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

The home was nice and cozy. I liked it and felt rested after our trip. For the price it was well worth it. Outside had a side street parking for a small or medium sized vehicle. I will definitely come back in future for longer stays.

I’d love to come back in the future this was A amazing view for the price of 50$ usd a night it’s amazing !! Clear instructions and the owner met us to take to the beach house !!

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Thank you, Sir Elmer, for accommodating our large group (16+ guests, 2 pets) and for being responsive and helpful throughout the process. Special thanks to Kuya Rene for promptly guiding us to the property. The place offers excellent privacy and a serene beach experience—we had the whole beach to ourselves! It’s perfect for a peaceful getaway and has great potential as a retreat. Future guests should note that the road leading to the property is not yet fully developed and paved, and toll fees may apply when passing through a private lot. However, once you arrive, the property matches the description and photos. The beach is shallow during low tide, which is great for kids, though swim/aqua shoes are recommended for the stones and sea grass. As always in Baganga, be mindful of the currents and sudden changes in underwater depth ("kantil"). During high tide, the natural breakwater ensures calmer waves, making it even more enjoyable.

The place is easy to find, very near SM Ecoland. 6 of us stayed comfortably. Thanks

I stayed for almost 2 months and had a great stay. The appliances are updated. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely rent again.

Will book here again when I come back to davao. Very close to the airport. Sir Adrian is the best host needless of having to communicate face to face. He is efficiently communicated all throughout our stay. Perfect 5 star, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Sir John’s place is truly a home away from home, thus we extended our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Both the host and the caretaker were very approachable and kind. We will definitely book this place again.

It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking.
