Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

Rachel was a great host. Great communication. The house was clean and beds and bedding very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked great with a smart TV so you can watch whatever you want also she let me use her Netflix since I didn't have an account. Pretty much everything you need to live and make dinners for a week or months stay. Washer/dryer is there and easy to use. Easy to call a grab taxi right to the house or just walk out to the street for a trike. For me the location was perfect being halfway between family and Gensan. Safe area with great neighbors. There is a sari sari store just a short walk from the house they probably have anything you need there from food or household items and even a few beers. It is a good 20 to 30 minute taxi into town which isn't bad if you are not going often. I was very happy with the stay and most likely I will be back again in the near future.

I think by now we are already regular visitors. We usually stay in Jen's place to visit relatives who live close by. Place is great, peaceful and private. Bed is comfortable, nice living area and very big kitchen with all utensils present, you won't need to bring anything. Market is close by and community is friendly. Great deal and very friendly host!

The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

Highly recommended coming from someone who lives in Australia! A group of 3 of us stayed comfortably like as if I was back at home in & which meets living standards in Sydney, Australia. Host & caretakers have been superb, of which we are quite appreciative. Sadly, had to check out on Sunday 26 January 2025 due to our hectic schedule. Based on above, we would stay again next time we are back in General Santos.

Thank you again for another perfect stay in Gensan. We just felt so at home in your place with everything we needed on hand and very close to malls. I must say the gated community is very welcoming and the guards and trike drivers are just unbelievably friendly and have become goods friends over our few visits here. I booked the place for my parents and siblings. They were able to find the place easily. It was a very good place to stay. The location was ideal for trips outside metro Davao. Highly recommended.

It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

The place was great. My family loved the stay and it felt like home. It was 15-minute away from the beach but still, the place was great for family and we were able to relaxed.

Home away from home. If you wanted to have a private and relaxed place where everything can be easily accessed (market, malls, transportation, etc.) then this is the place for you. I love the place and will surely come back.

One of the best Airbnb bookings in Davao City. It felt like home away from home. Maam Clarissa is very responsive, and Ate Daisy is very friendly and accommodating. They even refunded our LPG purchase. What a great find. Value for money, great for a family of 10+. Will definitely go back here when we are in Davao City.

We had a very peaceful stay at Jacky’s place. It is located inside a very quiet subdivision. We are conveniently near, about 15 mins to South Pacific golf course, which was actually the reason for our trip to Davao. There are also restaurants, supermarkets and eateries nearby. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay at Jacky’s place.

Such a quiet neighborhood. The home is modern and has modern amenities. Laundry/dryer is a plus. Roi, the host, is responsive. The only problem was one stovetop burner was not functioning. We liked this home very much that we even extended our stay for another 20 days.
