It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Great place to stay! Hosts were awesome. Slight non urgent door lock issue was fixed immediately. Clean, well furnished and decorated. Large bath and shower. Nice cold Aircon. Great views from patio. Roof Deck of building incredible. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our nth stay at Chock's. He's responsive, kind, and accommodating. The place is cozy and feels like home. Near Sasa Wharf, which is a few minutes away from Samal. Area is peaceful and secured.

This villa exceeded all our expectations! The oceanfront location is absolutely stunning - waking up to sunrise views over the sea was magical, and having private access to the ocean via stairs was incredible. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly laid out for large groups. With multiple bathrooms and showers, our family of 8 never felt cramped, and there was room for even more guests. The host was exceptional - incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by helping us arrange local tours, including land tours and island hopping with trusted local guides. This personal touch really enhanced our stay. The amenities were superb, and having the ocean as our backyard was an unforgettable experience. Perfect for anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-located property with outstanding hospitality. They even cleaned the place during our stay, which was much appreciated because we were able to come back to a pristine place after being out and about. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay with groups or families! Small rooms but the outdoor space made up for it - super pretty, very chill and quite private. Otherwise Alfred is very responsive and the place was perfectly tidy and clean.

Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

This is a very great place to stay at a very reasonable price.. I will definitely book this place again 👌

Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.
