Davenport : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Erick is a nice Host that is quick to answer any concerns. Even though this place is a couple of doors down from a gas station it's not noisy as you would think it would be. The cookware and dishes are awesome and seem brand new in fact everything in the kitchen was upgraded and very nice. The king bed is very comfortable which is a plus🥰 All in all I enjoyed my stay here. Stay kind everyone🤞

This home was exactly as described and located on a peaceful side street. Comfy sectional couch was a fun meeting place and dining room perfect for 6 people. Would return again

First of all, Scott was a great host. He was very quick to respond, checked in with us to make sure arrival went smoothly, and even cleared the driveway and path to the house from unexpected snow before we returned to the house from our dinner that night. The house was great. Very clean and organized, nicely stocked kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. Nice location to the Quad City area. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would/will stay in this home again when back in the area. Thanks again Scott!

This house is bigger than it looks and having the garage to park in is always a plus! Perfect location! Comfy beds and a gas stove to cook on! loved it!

We loved this house for a large group, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and there was lots to do in the house to keep from getting bored! The pool table was a group favorite.

This house was perfect for my great grandson and I. I would recommend this for anyone and would hope in future trips back to Bettendorf that Bailey would allow us to stay.

Great place to stay. I come out to visit family a lot and would rebook here in future. She’s very sweet and sent me some activities we could do while I was there. Also, so satisfied with the toilet paper and bath towel stock.

Cute little place. Even the pull out sofa was comfy. I appreciated the small basket of incidentals because my daughter forgot a tooth brush and my mom got a headache. We didn't have to rush out for a toothbrush and Advil. Very clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was clean and quiet with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and dressers in the two bedrooms, sufficient linens for the bathroom and a washer and dryer which was really convenient. Though there wasn't a kitchen table with chairs in the apartment, when asked, the owner accommodated us with a couple of TV tables and patio chairs. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon for future guests.

This condo is located in very clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood, the condo was very nice beautiful, and clean. laundry room door needs repairing.

Perfect spot!

My wife and I stayed at Steve's Port Byron Condo for a winter getaway during a cold weekend. The condo appeared to have modern construction and was well insulated and heated. Perfect. The view of the river allowed us to see the Mississippi ice-up overnight while staying warm inside. The sun hitting the Iowa shore across the river was neat to watch during sunrise. We saw an occasional bald eagle soar along the river. We could also see trains on the other side. (Although there are train tracks adjacent to the condo, we didn't see or hear any trains use them during our stay.) No barge traffic this time of year - but the location would be perfect for seeing river traffic at other times of the year The nearby Tugger's restaurant had great food and was easily walkable. In addition to seeing eagles from the condo, we were able to view eagles at the dams downstream. Great views of eagles resting in the trees behind the boat ramp parking lot for Dam No. 14 on the Iowa side.
