Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

Had a lovely stay at the Barn, it was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to contact the owner due to the instructions being simple and clear. We were lucky with the March weather so managed to get the outdoor cushions out and sat in glorious sunshine overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our dog was secure and safe roaming around the grounds which meant we could relax without worry while he sniffed about and watched the wildlife. The evening was clear and without any light pollution we were blessed with a glorious view of the nights sky, something we aren’t normally used to. All in all, a relaxing couple of nights in complete comfort.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-equipped the space was. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The check-in process was seamless, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Miranda was an amazing host! The place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and looked after. She made us feel right at home. It was a lovely location with horses you could visit. She definitely went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing! She also accepted a hen party which many places don’t. Thank you so much Miranda x

We had a lovely stay at Amber's - the cottage is cosy, well furnished and very comfortable. We ate ay great local pubs and enjoyed a spa in Stamford and a walk around Burgley House and Gardens. There was a small issue which was dealt with very quickly by our hosts and we were very impressed with the speed and the response. Overall a fabulous weekend which we would recommend!

Such a lovely couple of nights here. Very cozy home with log burner and peaceful garden. The host made numerous recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, many of which we took. We loved them all. Great choices! Would highly recommend.

Stayed at Sally’s place with my school friends. It was perfect. Lots of nice pubs in a walkable distance, and a great space to cook food and relax with friends. The living room is lovely with lots of sofa space and the kitchen has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend it.

I highly recommend staying here, the hosts were lovely, the place was beautiful and clean and the village is gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved their garden and the massive field right behind their house. The Crown in Shillington is also a great pub for dinner. We’ll definitely keep Rebecca’s place in mind to visit in future!

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

One word for this place “charming”. It is a perfectly proportioned place in a lovely country garden. Hosts were brilliant and a lovely welcome pack awaited us. Village was gorgeous and our dogs enjoyed the garden and local walk. We had a great evening in playing the well stocked games available whilst enjoying a nice takeaway from nearby Uppingham We can’t wait to return..

I enjoyed my stay at Lola's. It was a nice, clean, wonderful stay. Lola was a great host. I will definitely return on my next visit to Leicester.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very modern and spacious. However, Certain things could have been cleaner, such as the dirty plates and pans.

We had a great stay. Perfect to just go somewhere and switch off for a night, surrounded by lovely fields, and hearing nothing but wildlife. We did get joined by a lot of froggy friends when it went dark (careful where you tread) but we actually found this lovely and part of the experience. Lovely place, SO relaxing, and very friendly responsive and helpful host, thank you for a great stay.

I honestly can’t praise both hosts Amelia and Yogi, the cabin, and location highly enough. Genuinely fabulous hosts, really welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Lovely cabin, really well thought out and excellent little touches which are often forgotten, but not here. Perfect location for both walking into Stamford itself, or a short drive from all the area has to offer. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again very soon

Had the most perfect stay for two nights. It was beautiful! Gorgeous views, clean and tidy, lived the hot tub and the fire pit! If I had to say one change I would make is that I would provide comfy outdoor seating. The picnic bench was great but needed more comfort. Not enough to deter us returning! Can’t wait to get booked in again! Thank you!!! X

We had a superb weekend at Victoria’s little cabin. The place is so relaxing and beautiful, you really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Fresh farm goodies and absolutely everything you need. We visited the hills too and got some farm meat from the local nearby shop for the bbq. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!!

An incredible escape- cannot recommend this place enough!! Gorgeous location and surroundings. The accommodation was done to a beautiful standard and was spotless! It felt like we had the entire grounds to ourselves- so peaceful! We had a great time paddle boarding on the lake, followed by star gazing by the fire with marshmallows from the care package jay had kindly provided. Me and my partner had such a lovely stay at the Little Doe Cabin. We found Emily to be really welcoming and was always available if we needed her which was lovely to know. Emily was really kind in offering to take us up the muddy track and gave us a lift back down the field when we were checking out. The facilities were great - we loved the bath and the available bubble bath Emily provided. The log burner was great to use and knowing we had enough logs for the cold weather was reassuring. The added extras that were left in the cabin were also really sweet and made the stay extra wholesome. We are already recommending the cabin to our families with some already looking to book soon. We came to Jocelyn’s with our toddler and dog and had an amazing time. Beautiful sunset from the house and the walks from the doorstep was lovely. Great location very near hook Norton and surrounding small cotswold villages. Very thoughtful and holly came to set up an extra bed for us at last minute so our toddler could climb in with us. She also set up a toddler bath and high chair. The underfloor heating was lovely and kitchen was well equipped with toddler cutlery and everything we could possibly need. Thanks so much!
