Awesome stay! Super easy to find and walkable distance from our venue we were in town for. Just as described and exactly what we needed. Exactly as described and super clean and organized. Ron and Susan were quick to answer any questions we had and made sure that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again when back in town! Couldn’t recommend more!

Lauren’s place was amazing!!!! Close to Broadway , and walking distance to food and gas stations! The place was very clean and super cute! Lauren is very responsive with all the questions we had and has recommendations on places to go! I will definitely book here again when we come back to Nashville!!

We had a great stay at Ron & Susan’s. It was about a 20 minute walk to attractions downtown. The area was very quiet and safe and a comfortable place to lay our heads after busy days of exploring. Thank you!

The location was great, walkable yet not in the center of all the action. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked.

Great place. If you are walkers, you can walk to downtown from here in about 40 mins and there are other areas to explore even closer. Location was great for exploring Nashville. Ron and Susan were great hosts with excellent communication.

This home includes all of the basic necessities - and more! Supplies are aplenty here -- everything from bedding, kitchen, toiletries, baby, and accessibility items. I immediately felt right at home in this quality home. I look forward to returning to this home again for future stays because the owner is such a great host in all respects. the house was cute on the outside, but when you got inside, it was really awesome! very well clean, organized and well decorated. it was perfect for our family of 7. it was very close to lots of nice little restaurants in the area! absolutelly recommend!

Clean and cozy Victorian in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful weekend at Adrienne's place. It is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our party of 4 to spread out and relax. We walked to a fabulous wine shop, coffee, and dining. It is a quick Lyft ride to Broadway and all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful with nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone. ❤️

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

My 7 girlfriends and I stayed at Brady’s for our weekend in Nashville and it was exactly what we were hoping for! Everything was so easy to get to, with Ubers taking no longer than 10-15 minutes. House was clean with plenty of beds/linens and spacious bathrooms for getting ready. We felt safe & were overall very satisfied with our stay. Brady offered suggestions on where to eat and we went to dinner at his East Nashville recommendation at Lockeland Table and loved!

We really enjoyed our stay. Tom is a great host. Very attentive and quick to respond. His place is very nice.

Loved our stay at this cozy and comfortable gem. Clean, beautifully decorated, with very nice linens and towels. When we discovered a slight problem, the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Close to Broadway, shopping, and lots of good food and drinks. Will definitely book this place again!

This place was very clean and most convenient right off of the highway. The setup was great as it was basically an office complex turned into really nice units with open ceilings that gave you a loft effect. Definitely would revisit

The place was fabulous and walkable to Broadway easy and I liked the security I felt we had staying there 10 out of 10

There was some tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling fan from the people before us but overall it was clean and a great place to stay!

Beautiful small condo with everything you will ever need to explore Nashville. Walking distance from Broadway and many other sites. Lisa was very helpful and always ready to respond to any kind of question. Would definitely recommend!
