You could smell how clean the house was the moment you walked in (& I can attest to this because I had a crawling 11 month old- only the rug got her a little dirty!) Nice and spacious. If you’re a light sleeper a sound machine would be helpful. Garbage bags, dishwasher pods were all there. Like a previous reviewer said pots and pans were a bit worn. I brought one big skillet & my 8 qt pot and made it all work cooking for 12 people daily. The house is older and well loved, but relaxing and such a nice place to spend time with family and make memories. We all really loved staying here & loved the cozy vibe. 25 min to downtown Nashville, 25 min to the Gaylord Opryland Resort (it was so fun for the kids) , and under an hour from the zoo. Shopping is very close and convenient. No complaints at all. We loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a small issue with the hot water in the guesthouse but received a quick response and solution. Definitely doesn’t have enough silverware. Recommend bringing some with you.

This place was great for our family get together. there were a lot of space and in a beautiful area.

This is genuine and tranquil living in the Tennessee mountains, not more than 30 minutes from Nashville. The place was spotless and had excellent literature and culture throughout the house, and it is very close to nature. I highly recommend this place.

Rustic cabin was relaxing. Loved the beds (super comfy!), the brick floor kitchen and the big kitchen table (for meals and board games!), and the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed things (can opener, measuring cups, baking sheets, ziplock bags!) Clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Felt at home for our week long Christmas vacation! Plenty of space, kitchen had all the cookware & utensils you may need, huge fences in backyard, fire pit was a hit for s’mores, just loved every bit of it!

we had a pleasant stay, Dwayne was accommodating and attentive, the house was clean and in a convenient location 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay. Grace and Martin are very personable kind and gracious. The painting area and paintings were very beautiful and spoke to us about peace hope love and quiet solace. We absolutely loved the animals. The peacock was a tremendous site. It was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this. It was wonderful peaceful fulfilling

Over all very nice stay. Easy communication with host. The house was very clean. The cabin was a little further back from the lakefront than expecting and with other people at the front cabin it’s not super accessible or private. It was very convenient having grocery store just down the street. Unfortunate that check out is 10am.

The location was lovely. The house was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. However, what impressed us most was the communication with the host! They touched base with us frequently prior to and during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. They wanted to make sure our needs were met as well as to reassure themselves that the place was taken care of, and our checkout was secure.

The place was awesome. Very unusual unique place. The victrola was a great surprise and was great to listen to her records.

This was our first stay in Nashville and was amazing. The cabin was homey and clean. The area was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch, even had a fire in the pit one night. It was the ideal place, close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but far away enough that you felt you were in the country. Definitely recommend.

We're grateful Teva and Bobby let us stay in this beautiful cabin. It is peaceful, spacious and decorated beautifully. Additionally, they were really responsive, kind and offered suggestions throughout our visit. They always made sure we were alright and enjoying the stay. Recommended

What an amazing stay !! Janette was very helpful and very responsive! Super kind and her place was amazing and omg there were so many towels!! The kitchen was full stocked with whatever you would need to cook. The place was so cozy and well decorated, me and my guests had a wonderful time staying and would 10/10 recommend to stay there !! The property is beautiful with a wonderful little creek running through the back porch area just a fantastic place ! Also the master bathroom was insane!! Thanks Janette for a wonderful experience !! We where a group of 9 and it was super comfortable for all of us !

I booked this for my husband and his friends. They said the place was perfect, everything they needed. They loved the property, and the tee box was great fun!

It was so serene and beautiful. I wasn’t expecting to see the wedding event also, but it was a nice surprise to just watch the celebration when we didn’t want to head to the city. When we arrived the porch light wasn’t working and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly but this didn’t have any bearing on the quality of the place or our stay. It was perfect for us.

We had a great stay here. The location is close to all things Nashville...but you really do feel away from it all up on the hill with trees all around. It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Scarlett was great. Great communication with recommendations and anything we needed. Thank you!
