Fantastic property. Immaculate in all ways and adorable decor. Perfect for Nashville. Great attention to detail. Walkable to Broadway and the Gulch. Great amenities. Terrific gym. Pool and fire pits looked nice. It was a little confusing to check in because instructions came parsed across three different emails, but once we figured it out, the rest was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are trying to visit downtown Nashville for the weekend. Worth the price and the location is amazing, it's such an easy walk to Broadway and other locations in downtown.

I say this is my top 5 airbnb I felt like I was home the bed was so relaxing it was not far from the air port or down town when I say I was amazed I loved how it was simple yet a touch of Nashville I love the access to the washer now I can go home and put up my cloths I would love to say this is a amazing spot I love the patio vibe but must importantly I took a bath in that massive tub every day it’s very spacious it was just 2 of us but I felt like 4 ppl could of stayed there definitely will recommend and stay again only thing us girls like a full length mirror that’s the only thing missing

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

Christopher was a wonderful host! Shared lots of information, was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was great and the location was perfect. Will definitely keep my eye out for future trips!

When I was looking at reviews trying to find a place, I found that Tyson and this place had such high praises. I thought, this is too good to be true. Well, after renting this because of the reviews (and great price), I found it all to be true! Tyson was awesome! He communicated promptly and efficiently. Worked with us regarding a late checkout and gave recommendations of where we could store our luggage for a late flight. All in all, the place was exactly what I expected from the photos and description. We had a more than positive experience and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Tyson and thank you to the great cleaning staff and people working at the front desk of the place. We had a wonderful time!!

Elijah’s place was fantastic. Just as described. Lots of room. One of my favorite things was was the bedding and pillows. Pure heaven at times, Broadway was just a six dollar Uber away. Elijah was fantastic as a host. So responsive and kind. Would book again. Location was great. There were some fun restaurants nearby. On our last day we visited nearby Chicago’s hot chicken and waffles. It was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had.

Chris was great to work with and this house is in an awesome location in Nashville. Check in and check out was super easy. Beds were comfy. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Walkable distance to shopping and bars/restaurants in 12 south. Our group of 6 was fortunate to have beautiful weather so we walked to breakfast, dinner, and lunch spots in the area. Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Ryan & Sarah were wonderful hosts! The house is super cozy and welcoming. They made sure to make us feel welcome and well accommodated. We especially enjoyed the flowers and birthday balloons. A great touch to the start of a fun weekend. Can’t wait to book again!!

Jennifer’s place was great for our family of 5. It was easy to get into and spotlessly clean. Our kids enjoyed the arcade games upstairs. Beds were comfortable. Close to town but a little quieter neighborhood than downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Katie was a great Host. We had a group of 8 and we had plenty of room. We were not on top of each other. Enjoyed the Shuffle board upstairs. Very Beautiful home. Will definitely stay again.

This was perfect. We needed 3 bedrooms for the family. The atmosphere was eclectic, relaxing. The location was easy to get downtown. Loved the complex and the security. I want to go back but only if I stay here again.

Wendy was fantastic to work with and the apartment was incredible!! She was proactive, responsive, and helped us any time we needed it. She even reached out to offer us early check-in. The unit was gorgeous, clean, so cute, and had an amazing view. It was perfect for our bachelorette trip, especially with the fun heart mirrors that she offered to include! Everywhere we wanted to go was a short walk or Uber away, and the building was very secure and made us feel safe. We will definitely book this place again for our next trip!

This was the perfect condo for a 50th birthday celebration. Allie's condo is precious. It is exactly as described plus more. We really appreciated the games and the blankets in the living area. All three rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The hosts thought of every detail. The condo is walkable to many places, however, we did not feel safe walking at night. It is a quick 5 minute Uber to most of the restaurants and bars and 25 minute ride to the Grand Ole Opry. 10/10 star condo for me!

Orlando’s condo was the perfect size for our family of four, was decorated beautifully, and was very clean. The walk to Broadway and all things downtown was easy. Check in and check out was easy. Orlando was helpful with inquiries and responded quickly. We had a wonderful stay!

The Nest at Music Row is a wonderful spot to stay! With its cozy decor, comfortable furniture, and convenient location, it provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Tara is a responsive and helpful host that makes all the difference in a stay better.

Room was immaculate. We loved the boho vibe and the tall ceilings. Everything in the space was very well thought-through. The Burnham is a pretty cool building that's easily walkable to the Broadway strip. The Latch keyless system for the building and room is pretty painless once you get used to it.

Brad's place was amazing for our group of 4 couples. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for the weekend. We walked to Broadway during the day and it was about a 15-20 minute walk. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it! There is a homeless shelter across the street which is something to note but the apartment complex was very secure!
