Super awesome hosts! Great location and perfect place to stay for a weekend trip!

Brent’s place was wonderful. Great location a few blocks from Broadway, only a few minute walk. Instructions were great, making it very easy to check in and check out. Policies were easy to follow and very clear. Well laid out. The hosts were very responsive, and communicated extremely well. Beautiful place, very clean and pictures were very accurate. We loved our stay here and would absolutely go back. Would highly recommend!!

Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great location. Close to everything. Nice apartment with everything you need. Very nice gym inside the apartment complex. Forest was great with timely information and directions. Great price for a cozy one bedroom, one bath. I read a lot of reviews about other locations and the noise with outside construction. Didn’t hear any of that at this location. Will stay again when we go back.

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for family of 5. The twin bunk bed is actually more roomy than it looks in the photos. We didn't have any issues with noise in the building as mentioned by some of the other reviews. The location is close to Music Row. We primarily walked back and forth from Music Row and only got an Uber a couple of times which was less than $10 to the unit. We had a great time visiting Nashville and would stay here again!

Great spot for all things Nashville! We rented the Lime scooters ( from 5am-11pm) and parked them in our spot. Even with out those it was an easy nice walk to all the attractions. We were in town for a concert Friday night and had a blast. Easy 20 min ride to the airport. When we had any questions Mark responded right away. My favorite part was the makeup wipes in the bathroom!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! The 3 bathrooms with showers came in handy for a group of 8. The decor was super cute for photos. David was great at answering any questions we had very promptly. would stay here again!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

My family enjoyed our stay at Louie’s this week. The house was a good size for our group of 7, including 3 small children. A real plus to have 2 full bathrooms! We were glad to have the kitchen bar to feed the children. The dry board on the kitchen wall was a blessing-kept the little ones busy for hours! We did all of our own meals at the house, and found the kitchen to be easy to work in, and most pots, pans, utensils that we needed were available. It was great to have so much parking space! I thought the location would be noisy with car traffic, but the area was very quiet. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with quiet streets, shops and a park near by, and a grocery store less than a mile away. We were in town to go to a Penguins hockey game, and the house location was very convenient for travel to and from hockey arena.

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you, Matthew and company for your hospitality! We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable (& the sheets smelled sooo good). The location couldn’t be more convenient—a quick Uber to anywhere you want to be. Another fave was the roof top porch on the third floor. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From thoughtful touches to personalized recommendations, Brody truly pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend this place high enough for anyone visiting Nashville!!

Beautiful home in a very convenient location.

We had so much fun and would definitely return! The house was very spacious for a group of 10, and we could easily have fit a few more. The house is a very short uber from downtown, but the residential area is a nice separation from the fun of Broadway. Hosts were excellent and incredibly responsive.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed in. It was a very nice home, functional, and had tons to do with my family. The game room was amazing and we had a blast. The house was very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was a safe area, which made me at ease. Very close to downtown and less than 20 minutes to other parts of the city we visited. The only thing I did not like (and this is me being very picky) is the upstairs living area not having comfortable seating with an easy view of the tv. However, the little kids didn’t mind playing on the floor with their show playing in the background. We spent most of the time downstairs anyway and it was great. The karaoke was so much fun, even my 2 yr old performed! Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my friend’s bachelorette! It was super clean and felt even nicer than the photos! Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
