This house was the perfect spot to host my friends and family for my birthday weekend! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The space comfortably fit our large group with plenty of beds for everyone. We especially loved the themed rooms - the tour bus loft beds were a huge hit! The house is full of character and perfect photo opportunities, from the beautiful mural to the creative vinyl record wall. Location couldn't have been better - we walked to several great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and Broadway was just a quick Lyft ride away. The parking situation was a breeze with the convenient lot in the back, though we noticed street parking was readily available too. The outdoor space was fantastic for morning coffee/smoke breaks and evening gatherings by the fire. Overall, this place made my birthday celebration truly special. Highly recommend for any group looking for a fun, convenient place to stay!​​​​​

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This place was amazing! It is a good location and a cozy place to stay! The hot tub is amazing. There is even a record player! (It’s bring your own tho!) 10/10 would visit again

This house was amazing! We had a group of 14 girls for a bachelorette party and we had more than enough space, beds, and bathrooms for an extremely comfortable stay. Melissa is very responsive and easy to work with! The house was clean and fully stocked with supplies. We were a quick uber from Broadway and got everywhere needed with ease. I would absolutely recommend this property for any large group looking a clean updated home with a lot of space for a comfortable stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, everything was great with a few minor things but my kids enjoyed themselves and that’s all that matters!

My friends and I planned a trip to Nashville and when we came across David’s place, we knew that it would be perfect for us! Not only did the photos of the place look amazing, but it was even better in person! It accommodated our large group (8 people) and we had no issues! The place is extremely beautiful, bright, welcoming, and comfortable. We felt right at home for our first time going to Nashville. David was extremely kind, accommodating, understanding, and more! He was very easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. I can’t recommend this place enough! I would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you David for being the best host ever and for helping make our stay/trip the best that it can be!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

You could smell how clean the house was the moment you walked in (& I can attest to this because I had a crawling 11 month old- only the rug got her a little dirty!) Nice and spacious. If you’re a light sleeper a sound machine would be helpful. Garbage bags, dishwasher pods were all there. Like a previous reviewer said pots and pans were a bit worn. I brought one big skillet & my 8 qt pot and made it all work cooking for 12 people daily. The house is older and well loved, but relaxing and such a nice place to spend time with family and make memories. We all really loved staying here & loved the cozy vibe. 25 min to downtown Nashville, 25 min to the Gaylord Opryland Resort (it was so fun for the kids) , and under an hour from the zoo. Shopping is very close and convenient. No complaints at all. We loved our stay.

So near Nashville, yet a world away The cabin was amazingly private, mind you, the last bit of the gravel driveway could be a challenge for some, but trust me it’s worth it. For those with AT&T while the signal strength will fall off as you drive the last bit, but once we got to the cabin, it was a 120 Mbps The kitchen had great appliances. Note: the pod coffee maker is Nespresso small form. If you need more, you’ll need to head over to Walmart to grab it When we next in Nashville, we will definitely stay here again

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

This is genuine and tranquil living in the Tennessee mountains, not more than 30 minutes from Nashville. The place was spotless and had excellent literature and culture throughout the house, and it is very close to nature. I highly recommend this place.

The cabin was just what we expected and was well-stocked to cook our meals. We loved relaxing in the sunroom and watching the bald eagles. The large and comfy bed also added to our comfortable and relaxing stay. Our puppy LOVED the chickens, and we enjoyed some eggs in a quiche I prepared for dinner one night during our stay. The hot tub was relaxing, and we enjoyed the view of the Cumberland River. We had a lovely long weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a small issue with the hot water in the guesthouse but received a quick response and solution. Definitely doesn’t have enough silverware. Recommend bringing some with you.
