Everything we hoped for and more. The location was a perfect "home base" for us traveling back and forth to the Gaylord. It is also conveniently located to get downtown without hitting a lot of traffic. The space itself was perfect. Very clean and organized. We loved that everything was labeled -- it made it super easy to find things. Highly recommend! Would definitely return!

Cal & Stephanie are the consummate hosts. They pay attention to detail and are very responsive to any question/concern you might have. The accommodations were as described and perfect for our 4 couples that came to Nashville. The house was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. The location was quiet and safe and we were just a few minutes from downtown and all of the action. I would stay here every time we come to Nashville if it's available. Just a great place to stay and great hosts!

We had a great stay here, its just a short drive from Nashville downtown and broadway (about 10/12 minutes). Lots of cool bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet too. The house itself was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and it felt really homely. Our hosts were just so lovely and friendly and responded to our messeges quickly! We would most definatly recommend this place and would be more than happy to return. Thanks so much for a lovely stay ❤️

Nice home in an excellent location! It is located in our favorite area of Nashville, there so much in walking distance from this home and you still get to enjoy have quietness and peace while sitting outside

With it being a last minute trip with a family of five and 2 fur babies, I did not expect to find such a gem. We were all pleased with the home and pleasantly surprised by how much room we each had. The hosts were very nice, provided the right amount of details for the stay, and they reached out ahead of our arrival to accommodate an early check in as it was storming. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and painless. This Airbnb is easily one of our favorites. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend!

We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughters 21st (girls trip)! We had an amazing time!!! The house was very clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our down time relaxing at the house.

Loved our stay at the Urban Oasis. Kenzie was great with communication and made us feel right at home. Place was plenty big with 3 bedrooms (including queen bunk bed). A handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again! -Parker

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well-described. Samantha communicated all that we needed to know. The house is in a great location, close to dozens of good restaurants, cafes and lounges. Very peaceful with a wonderful backyard. Be sure to note that there is no oven other than the microwave and there are limited 3-prong electrical outlets. None of that affected our stay but it may be important for others. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay for our first time visiting Nashville. Location was great, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again on our next visit.

We loved the location and the place. We had some initial cleaning issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. The cleaning person they sent was AMAZING. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks Alex.

What a great host and place to stay for a work trip. The place was clean, easy to find, and very close to my favorite Thai restaurant (Deg Thai) in the United States. I’d stay here again for my next trip. Our host was very responsive and proactive with communication. No issues. No BS.

We had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. This place had everything listed and really felt like home. The hosts and their neighbors were extremely warm and hospitable, even offering eggs for breakfast! The laundry was a huge plus for us. I really appreciate that Nacona keeps this place as Airbnb used to be, with well stocked toilet paper, detergent, etc. We found extensive shopping options within 10 minutes drive and downtown was about 25 minutes during rush hour. Great stay and would definitely stay again!

Just a short drive and you'll be in the city. Shopping centers and grocery stores just a few blocks away. Great location. Loved the decorations inside the home. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Nashville! It is in a great location convenient to the airport and downtown. The townhouse is very cozy and comfortable with lots of amenities. Michelle is an amazing host! She was very responsive and kind. The cleanliness and condition of the place was perfect. The beds very very comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Also, we had plenty of parking spaces. Check in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Nashville!

Spectacular experience after our 12 hrs drive up from FL. Cabin remodeled new appliances clean cozy fun with musical things for the children. Marty and Grace shared their love for all these precious animals family members❤️ Our children learned so much from their generous time they took to show us around. Very blessed space soaked in peace and lively creatures nature. I would stay here over the luxury high rise hotel in Chicago!!! Surround yourself in this natural refreshing woods and you will feel indeed restored!!!

We had a last minute change in our plans and found Molly’s listing. This was the best thing we could have done. Great place, peaceful, immaculate, perfect proximity to down and easy walk to neighborhood amenities. Definitely recommend! We’ll be back- JjB

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.
