Our family of four stayed here for a few days while exploring and visiting friends in Nashville. The host communicated very well with us throughout and answered the few questions that we had. The space was very clean, and located near some great restaurants (shoutout to Sunflower Bakehouse, Edley's BBQ, and Tennfold Brewing)! We were able to travel to the different places throughout Nashville within 10-25 minutes, and highly recommend this as a place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will likely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. It's located near the airport, and downtown. There's grocery stores nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. I highly recommend this place and I WILL be back

I say this is my top 5 airbnb I felt like I was home the bed was so relaxing it was not far from the air port or down town when I say I was amazed I loved how it was simple yet a touch of Nashville I love the access to the washer now I can go home and put up my cloths I would love to say this is a amazing spot I love the patio vibe but must importantly I took a bath in that massive tub every day it’s very spacious it was just 2 of us but I felt like 4 ppl could of stayed there definitely will recommend and stay again only thing us girls like a full length mirror that’s the only thing missing

very clean and well maintained building and unit. the gym was also nice to have and very clean. the unit was exactly as shown in the listing, and our kids really enjoyed the McDonalds theme. everything seemed practically brand new in the building. the hosts were very responsive via text (within 5 minutes). we had a minor electrical issue in the unit related to a thunderstorm, and the hosts had it all sorted out once i notified them within an hour. great spot. the location was convenient for getting downtown, and it was nice to have a grocery store and gas station nearby. would definitely recommend.

My stay was perfect! From the level of security, the cleanliness, down to the location of place being in close proximity to everywhere I went in Nashville. Anytime I reached out to the staff, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville!

911 Delmar Ave exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, with brand-new textiles that seamlessly complemented the high-quality furniture and interior design. The sauna and hot tub were the highlights of my stay, adding a touch of luxury to my Nashville experience. The location was also perfect—just minutes from the city center, making it incredibly convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay! We enjoyed coffee in the rockers admiring the beautiful view of the lake. My boys had a blast playing ping pong, swimming and then taking a warm sauna. The home was lovely with lots of room to eat and lounge. We enjoyed seeing deer meandering through the yards and the winding road. We would definitely come back!

The place was super cute and the historic feel. It was also so spacious! Even though it was a short one we enjoyed our stay :)

Jennifer’s place is absolutely stunning. The decor makes it feel So elegant yet still homey. The deck is AMAZING. All the upgrades down to the little things like make up towels and hangars in the closet. High end. Very short distance to broadway easy to uber. Jennifer is extremely responsive and communicated wonderfully. Our girls trip was an absolute success and the stay made it so much more amazing.

This home is amazing. We didn’t want to leave! The house was immaculate and was close to everything. We were close to 12 South and The Gulch and many other great locations. The neighborhood was wonderful. We went for walks every day. We will definitely be back again!

Very large and spacious space. Host was very responsive and immediately took care of the couple issues that popped up. Chilling on the rooftop after a long day exploring was very relaxing.

It was a beautiful sanctuary place just as described . We grilled out one night and it was good. Just might want to add that it was a charcoal grill and not gas. Everything else went well and was very nice.
