Logan was very responsive and a great host! Easy check in, clean and cozy space, and good location

The apartment we stayed in was very cozy. It was furnished with decent furniture, decorated with warm colors. There was plenty of room inside. I would say it seemed even bigger than what we expected from looking at the pictures. The apartment consisted of the entire level of a 2 story, 2 family building. Everything was clean and in working order. Angie and Carlisle were very responsive if we had a question about anything. The residence felt like home and we appreciated having a comfortable place to stay at the end of the day. We liked this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay if we ever come to visit Owensboro again.

This was the perfect alternative to a hotel and felt right at home! Highly recommend going with Logan to book your next airbnb!

The stay was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and had everything you needed! Only downside is there are three units and you can hear what’s going on in the units around you.

Older appartment, but everything I expected. As with all older buildings, its not perfect. It was comfortable and clean and a lot nicer than the chain motel I stayed in during my last visit.

Highly recommend Nikki’s place. She was a wonderful host and was very responsive. The place was perfect for our weekend stay. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A highlight of our visit to Owensboro was enjoying this home and its large, airy deck overlooking the Ohio River. We thought it great fun to watch the river barge traffic and enjoy the birdsong and spring breezes.

Nikki’s place was great. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was in a good central location. Nikki herself was very responsive!

She thought of everything at this cute spot. The bed and pillows were comfy. My fave Mexican restaurant across the street. Cute string lights outside at night. Lots of space to relax. For being on a busy street, it’s so quiet inside with all the air purifiers and fans. Never heard any of the neighbors. Very impressed and great spot to relax.
