Older appartment, but everything I expected. As with all older buildings, its not perfect. It was comfortable and clean and a lot nicer than the chain motel I stayed in during my last visit.

The stay was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and had everything you needed! Only downside is there are three units and you can hear what’s going on in the units around you.

The home was much larger than the pictures show. It was a great location to walk to town on a quiet street. I would absolutely stay again.

We hada wonderful stay for our Thanksgiving holidy at the Haviland House. It was a convienent location thatwas perfect for our familygathering.

This was the second time staying at Patty's and we loved both times. Plenty for kids to do in the house and a lot of room to relax while having family time. It was a really enjoyable place.

Amy's place is amazing. Great location 10mins to downtown. Kids and fur baby friendly. CLEAN house and very cozy! She was always available and responded quickly to all our needs. Fenced in backyard bonus for our fur baby! Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely book again when in the area.

House was everything as expected. Host was friendly and responsive. Will look to stay here again the next time I am in Owensboro.

We stayed here over a weekend and the home is amazing. Great location to everything. Very friendly neighborhood. Host are great people and we’re very flexible with our stay. We had some weather that messed up our plans, but host were very quick to help and very simplistic to our issue. Absolutely NO issues with the house, just the weather had other plans.

Nice place in nice area. Easy to find. Liked being able to park in the garage. Everything was as expected.

Julie and Bryan were great hosts! We needed something last minute for us (and pets) to get away from the storms in our area. Host accepted our large dog without issue (paid pet deposit). They responded extremely quickly to my request for booking and message. The fenced in back yard for the dogs was great! So great to turn them loose after the drive. The beds had great linens, tons of pillows, and were comfy. Upstairs is super cute w the twin beds and sitting area. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was excellent. Loved the tile shower/tub. Beautiful hardwood flooring. Cutest little house ever! Thanks!

The house was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve a brunch. The neighborhood was peaceful. Owensboro is a great little town that we plan on visiting again. I’d recommend this house and host to anyone.
