Our stay at the art house was great. This is an older small home with some modern updates and a fantastic backyard space. It was perfect our quick weekend trip- the art house is conveniently located, with a great price and a super friendly host.

This space was exactly what we needed when we came into town for an expo! Super close to the venue and to all sorts of restaurants

We so enjoyed our stay at the house. It is an adorable house and fit out needs perfectly. We so appreciate their flexibility as far as needing to add a night onto our stay and as well as a late checkout. They were so thoughtful with items in the house such as games, books for adults as well as books for kids. The location is great as far as things to do. Our son was in a basketball tournament in Owensboro and it took about 10 minutes to get to the sports center.

My husband and I loved our stay. The weather was in the low-mid 70's, so we enjoyed using the front porch, back deck, and having fires with the provided firewood. We enjoyed listening to and watching birds in the trees that surrounded the house. We took walks on nearby gravel roads that led to The Green River, and drove in to Owensboro for dinners. The house had most of what we needed for cooking there as well. Ethan has a stuffed waffle maker and a panini/ burger grill available. We'd bring special food for those if we book again! We came for a quiet place to read and pray, and it was perfect for that. Thank you Ethan!!

Cheryl was very responsive and flexible. The house was perfect for our getaway and had all the amenities we needed and more. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

We booked for our family to attend a tournament at the convention center. We wanted our daughter [who was competing] to LOVE where we were staying and this house definitely hit the mark! It was a perfect fit for our family and we especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard for our dogs. Our girls will always remember what they deemed ‘The Barbie House’ and their super comfy beds.

this place was wonderful. we held my daughter's wedding here and the layout of this home was perfect!

Nice quiet space, very modern and up to date. I had zero issues or complaints and everything I needed.

The stay was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and had everything you needed! Only downside is there are three units and you can hear what’s going on in the units around you.

We loved staying here! We were in town for a family funeral but this gave our kids and their cousins a welcome spot of joy and fun during the week! Kelsey was very kind and responsive when we needed a change in our reservation as well. Would stay here again for sure!

was hard to find Lori had to guide us there she was very helpful with everything from start to finish anything we needed she made sure we had it and check in daily with us to make sure our stay was awesome. would definitely in the area go back

Older appartment, but everything I expected. As with all older buildings, its not perfect. It was comfortable and clean and a lot nicer than the chain motel I stayed in during my last visit.
