Maria’s place is homey and comfy. I love the “B positive “ theme. We had a lovely family visit. As my daughter conveniently lived a few minutes away. I spent time cooking family favorites Ike eggrolls and potato latkas on the beautiful high line gas stove. The kitchen could use some metal utensils and pot holders. The beds are so comfortable & loved the fluffy Frye blankets. We did put our own blanket on the bed & sheet on the couch ,to protect from pets and kids. This property is a working ranch like atmosphere We’re nature lovers and although it was wet and cold, we still explored. I’m a master gardener mentor. The succulent garden out front is incredible. Marias is an awesome host. I asked if I could have some cuttings. She graciously said yes. I don’t like when plants looking pruned, so I mostly picked up pieces lying on the ground. The scented geraniums are the largest I ever saw & found eucalyptus seeds. We’re gonna make a Rio Linda succulent garden. ❤️We will book agai

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. My husband and I moved from the area recently. We needed a comfortable place to stay while we visited at Christmas and hosted our kids on Christmas morning. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. It truly looks like the photos. No deception or trickery with photos vs real life. We only used the master bed and it was very comfortable. Loved the master shower too! The kitchen was well stocked with the most used spices and pretty much anything you would need to cook. We only heard the train one night while we were sleeping out of the three nights of our stay. Not sure if they don’t run every night or we just didn’t wake up when they went by. Wasn’t a big deal to us. The only negative was the flooring transition going into the kitchen. We tripped on it a number of times even though I kept trying to remind myself of it. Something for others to consider but it wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Christina was an awesome host!Very responsive and accommodating.

Kristopher was a great host. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything set for arrival. The listing is great and in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. I'd definitely recommend this to others.

we enjoyed our stay at Jillanne’s…our second time this month; we weren’t able to enjoy the nice backyard because of the weather but would definitely rent again in the future

Lovely, quiet and very private location in downtown Sacramento. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, well decorated and spacious for two people. Check-in was very easy, and there is a binder that has all necessary instructions. Good value choice given the high costs of hotels in Sacramento. We would stay there again.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

The house was great, very spacious and a lovely kitchen. Nice area and close to restaurants and the centre

The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated the water filter in the fridge! The bed is incredibly comfortable that vibrated which was perfect after a long day. The hosts were very responsive with our concerns for internet speeds since we were working from home. Kristen even brought an extra table for us to make sure we had enough space! I wish we had more time to explore and use the fire pit! I would definitely stay here again.

Property & condo are fantastic. Lived the gym, pool, condo. Neighborhood around the property was a little rough, but security was there to deal with any problems
