Christina’s place was great - lots of space and she and her husband were welcoming. I worked remotely here for a month while skiing and was comfortable the entire time. The neighborhood is very peaceful and residential. I’m 6 ft 3 in and, I needed to duck to go through the doorways in the Airbnb as this is a basement apartment with lower ceilings (as described). You should consider this if you think that’s an issue

Stacy is a responsive and courteous host. Her communications were clear. Her instructions were simple. I would absolutely keep her Airbnb location as a preferred priority whenever I return to Salt Lake City.

The unit is a great location for the activity causing us to visit Salt Lake City. It also affords with easy access to the University and downtown. We've rented from Jaclyn before and would it again.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying here. What a wonderful place! We are always pleased with the location, secluded location, peaceful surroundings, and amenities. The host is responsive and helpful.

We loved Jason’s place. Incredible view from the pool area, which Jason was super helpful to get set up/clean the pool for us. Jason was communicative and friendly. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in nice location. A host was so kind and helpful. Neighbor was great as well, we did shoot around in front of the house everyone across the street said hello to us. Rooms and beds were big enough for eight people. there were everything we need. We hope we can come back again.

Great location, quick access to I-15, great location with lots to do near the rental, the Davis Conference Center which is why were in the area was only a short 4 min drive away, which allowed us to enjoy a board game convention there. The space itself was great, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed to relax and get rest between the days of the convention. Having great location, great food nearby, and great host as well. Would recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to relax. I plan to keep an eye out for this rental when I do the board game convention again in the future.

Exactly what we expected. Paige was really helpful, and accommodated us after we decided to extend our stay. Awesome private place, and super safe neighborhood!

Good place to stay for a weekend Lagoon trip. Had enough space for our family. Since it is a basement space you can hear noise from upstairs, walking across the floor and sometimes talking, but they were quiet and respectful at night so it wasn’t an issue.

I loved staying here! Since I am Japanese, I'm pretty picky about everything but the basement was very clean, well-organized. The owner was so quick to response my message. He can even speak great Japanese too! I will definitely come back again!

Fantastic location. Fantastic hosts. Super nice. ads matched the space. There is a horse farm & a walking trail around the horse farm that's our dogs just LOVED. There were comments about the train - I personally didn't notice it much and it didn't bother my sleeping as the walls are built well in the space. I can say the bed was AMAZING. We have been doing a long road trip and to finally have a nice bed, pillows, and sheets was the best part for us.

Great space. Cozy. Chad made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're skiing at one of the nearby ski areas.

An’s place was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, it was a comfortable and welcoming space. The location couldn’t be better—just a few feet from the bike trail, golf, and disc golf course. It’s in a quiet, safe area, away from late-night foot traffic, yet still within walking distance to downtown for those who enjoy an active stroll, or just a few minutes’ drive. The projector screen was a great addition, though some instructions would be helpful for the less tech-savvy. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

Stayed here for a ski trip with my cousin. Juan's place was more than spacious and had everything we needed.

Melinda’s place was just as described - COZY. It’s definitely a basement apartment in an old home as stated in the description; Nothing chic or fancy about it, but incredibly cozy and clean. Comfortable mattress. Everything and more than you could ask for in the kitchen and pantry. We booked a single night last-minute (within hours of checking in) and the hosts were swift to respond, extremely accommodating, and had everything ready for us when we arrived. 10/10 would recommend.

Place was very spacious and clean easy instructions to check in . The only downside was the parking was a little scary specially with kids. Would definitely recommend.
