I recommend En’s place and him as a host! The place was very clean, comfortable, very well located with places to eat very close or to buy and cook in the kitchen. A lot of space to park in the street free and without any by-law restrictions. Great place to stay!!!

Amber's place was perfect for a February girls weekend getaway from the city! We were hoping to get a place with a view since it was still winter, and this house gave us the exact feeling of being cozy on the beach without needing to be outside! We didn't get to use the fire place since we forgot to pick up firewood on our way but it honestly didn't even make a difference to us since we were enjoying the beach views all day. Amber was also super communicative and even allowed us to check in earlier upon request!

The Cottage was a perfect blend of rustic and modern, thoughtfully appointed and had everything we could think of. Our big plus was the trust and no hassle from the hosts to include our beloved big dog. My husband and I came out to the North Fork for our October babymoon. The Cottage town area is very serene during the fall season, with most activity around the pumpkin farms. Our favorite things to do—take the dog down to the bulkhead in the mornings, spend the afternoons on a nature walk/winery nearby and nights at a local restaurant. Cons but not dealbreakers: Spotty internet often went in/out. Persistent fruit flies all throughout house, traps didn’t help. The listing advises of the Main House rental, we found it not very private to the closeby Cottage. With big glass doors and sheer curtains, you’re in plain view to the House at night. It felt too intimate for our preference to share the small beach with strangers 15 ft away, esp with their kids and our dog.

What a wonderful cottage! My family and I spent five days there for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, as was all the furniture. The downstairs, with a second full bathroom and TV was a great hangout space for my son and brother. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. The view was beautiful and so very peaceful. It’s great that you can walk down to the dock and sit right on the river. My friend and I spent 3 hours sitting on the dock with our coffee one morning, just watching the swans and catching up. It was a great way to unwind and be present. I would definitely return. A real gem!

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Marina was so kind to us during our stay! Beautiful little weekend getaway and the place was so clean and cozy. We came all the way from Brooklyn and we will absolutely be back again!
