Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

We had an amazing long weekend at Allison's place. Check in instructions were easy and received early along with excellent ideas for parking. The flat was super clean and extremely well appointed but the highlight was the stunning views from the balcony across the town and harbour. We are regular visitors to Brixham and will be certain to stay again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

Great Place to stay. A very smart modern house, Everything we needed for our weeks stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

A very cosy, comfortable home with two spacious bedrooms and everything needed if you are wanting to self cater - but also with nearby amenities in walking distance if you don't. Super outside space with seating area out the front and private back garden with pretty pots and paving - we used both depending where the sun was when we were at 'home'. Location is great as it was very peaceful but just off the main road so really easy to get out and discover the local area. Excellent value for money too - would definitely recommend and go back again.

An amazing stay in a beautiful place. Nicky was really helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The accommodation was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. Watching the deer every morning was a delight. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicky

Lovely place to stay very clean and homely also great location

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We had a great time here and loved how the apartment was designed with a fantastic view of the garden and coast line in the distance. It looked even better in person. We were treated to complimentary scones and prosecco which was a lovely touch

This is a great place - good location to walk into town or out along the canal or river. It's spacious, comfortable and scrupulously clean, but then Diana makes it better with all the details. Lovely thick towels, beautiful china, and really thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathroom that make a stay even nicer.

Great Location! Fantastic Host! This Air B&B provides a great alternative to the usual hotels and classic b&bs in Paignton - it was comfortable and convenient and had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Will be rebooking in the future.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob
