I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Perfect place to stay! So easy - the beach was right in front of our place, we visited Wai Beach Club everyday and didn’t even think to walk further because they were so nice and food was great. The downtown restaurants are perfect for dinner - and a 1 minute walk. In the morning we went to the other couple cafes that were also wonderful. A small market is a couple minutes walk. All so convenient made the trip very relaxing. We loved having each bedroom with its own shower. Everything was spacious and clean. The nice pool is accessible from the backyard which was so easy. Very sweet, nice, responsive and helpful hosts.

If you are looking for a quiet place without close neighbors, Paradise View is a great choice. It is close to Orient Bay but not noisy or crowded. We loved our view of the water every morning as we opened the hurricane garage door and sipped our coffee. Pierre stocked the kitchen with not only all tools needed to cook, but he put drinks in the fridge and brought us honey from his own hives. He is the consummate host - not at all hovering but ready to help if we called. Another plus that we did not expect for just the two of us was two bathrooms with showers - one on the first floor and the other upstairs. We plan to return next year. I know we will have to reserve soon for our choice of dates because this home is an extremely good choice to stay longer than a week.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour Belle villa, conforme aux photos Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé et la villa a été très confortable Cuisine très bien équipé, BBQ au gas disponible Quatre belles chambres, lits confortables Le setting extérieur était super, belle piscine à débordement, un coin détente que nous avons fort appréciée , un coffre avec des jouets de piscine que les enfants on adoré Bon emplacement, près de plusieurs belles plages, 5-10 de l’épicerie Sandrine est une hôte très sympathique, disponible, répond rapidement, et demeure discrète Je recommande vivement

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate us on a work trip with decent wifi and a place to work and just paces from a nice beach and a beach bar when we needed a break. Our host was very helpful from start to finish and even accommodated our early check-in and check out. The layout, the rooms, the furnishings were all that you need and the location is great! We'll be back! Thank you!

Emma responded very quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Very beautiful surroundings and secure location. Very peaceful. You have a pool all to yourself and you can enjoy views of other villas, mountains and bay from there. Orient bay is only 5 minutes drive which has clean and sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. To get to the villa you would need to go up 2 hills so I would strongly recommend renting a car in St. Martin as it is much easier to get around.

Gorgeous property, loved waking up to that amazing view. Be prepared though, the mosquitoes when we went (February) were rough, but they provided a swatted, citronella candles, etc to help, and the bedrooms are able to be closed with AC to limit them. Pool was great to cool down and Zou was always available for any questions we had. If you stay here you have to try BZH, it’s an amazing restaurant nearby.

My husband, two year old daughter and I had the best time at Severine’s place. The home is beautiful and Séverine is an extremely responsive and communicative host. The outdoor terrace was used a ton. The pool is okay- we only used it once, we were mostly at the ocean. Who goes all that way to use the pool anyway?! Great quiet little neighborhood and close to orient bay. Amazing boulangerie up the street! The only thing I’ll mention is that to get into the apartment for the first time I had to message Séverine so she could let me in remotely, so I had to keep my phone on. I was hoping to avoid having my phone on data for the entire vacation. Not a big deal but something to note! Overall would highly recommend!

Impeccable! Le Airbnb le mieux équipé que j'ai loué à date ( et j'en loue souvent)! Nous étions-là pour la Heineken Regatta et la marina était à seulement 20 minutes de marche (avec deux bonnes collines toutefois). Il y avait amplement de tout dans l'appartement, que ce soit du papier essuie-tout, des épices, de papier hygiénique, du savon à vaisselle et à linge, etc! Petit cellier (dans lequel il restait d'ailleurs quelques bouteilles à notre arrivée... et à notre départ) et frigo avec glace très pratiques. BBQ flambant neuf. Verres à vin, verres en métal isolés pour les breuvages froids sur le bord de la piscine, bref, rien ne manquait. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

We were hopeful that our first stay using Airbnb in St Martin would be okay…It was absolutely a dream! Our friendly host arrived just as we did and our vacation began immediately - the beautiful pool and garden area kept us off the beach that first afternoon. Orient Beach is literally, steps away! The fabulous village restaurants and shops have everything you need or want. The villa was immaculately clean, nicely appointed and had very large rooms. The beds were so comfortable and linens were excellent. While our vacation was sadly cut short due to an emergency at home, we enjoyed every moment here and are planning to return every visit back to beautiful St Martin. Merci beaucoup, Stephane!!

Villa Marine is an amazing rental with gorgeous views. We immensely enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house with many different sitting areas. The pool was perfect to take a break from the heat; kayaking to Petit Clef and the sand bar for exploring and seeing sea turtles and manta rays was the best. Thank you!

We just returned from MY SWEET HOME and it was one of the best vacations our group has ever taken. The location of Veronique's air bnb is exquisite. All of the photos in the listing of how lovely the water is in front of Sweet home are beyond accurate. Waking up each morning, getting some coffee and pastries at L'Express (across the street) and then sitting on the patio overlooking nettle baie was a highlight. The beds were super comfy and the house was equipped with everything you might need. The blackout shades were great for sleeping. Highly recommend this airbnb. We enjoyed the beach in front of the house, but also explored the island with a much needed rental car. Our highlights were a day trip to Pinel Island, renting beach chairs on Orient Beach, as well as an afternoon on Grand Case beach. Another highlight was dinner at Meze Luna, which Veronique called in an arrival night reservation for us. 10/10 food and location just steps from Sweet Home. Book and enjoy SXM!

Alexandra's place was beautiful... The inside space was great but the outdoor space was absolutely amazing! It is nice an quite, great view of the ocean and the ships and boats coming and going... It was quite windy while we were there so we were not able to swim in the ocean but loved the pool!

Just finished a 7 day stay at this unit & it was as advertised ! Great location with a wonderful beach directly behind us! Wonderful restaurants in Grand Case & it was easy to travel around St. Martin from this location! Please rent a smaller car as it’s helpful. Parking was easy for our unit. Alexandra & Fanny were very helpful & answered all communication quickly. We will be back !

This property is amazing. It is right on the beach with a great number of places to sit / lay down and to eat comfortably. The loungers under the gazebo are particularly idyllic. The swimming is very good; smooth sand and crystal clear water. You have your solitude, but you are easy walking down the beach to restaurants and entertainment. The host, Tibo, is very charming and accommodating; we felt very well taken care of.

Beau logement et surtout une super hôte. Le logement est idéalement placé, très pratique, tous les équipements nécessaires et une belle vue. Un tarif ultra compétitif pour la qualité et l’emplacement du logement. Kris a été super, très attentionnée, très réactive et très à l’écoute. Kris aime son île, la connaît bien, et pourra vous conseiller sur les incontournables à faire. Le logement est autonome et se situe dans la même résidence que Kris. Donc au moindre besoin vous aurez votre solution est c’est top! Une belle expérience et une belle découverte!

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

Great place. Full kitchen with everything needed to eat at home, came in super handy since my kids are picky eaters. The unit was clean and spacious, AC in bedroom and kitchen. There is a large inflatable bed for extra sleeping space. Location was good, nice view of city and surrounding hills from the from and back entrance. Very close walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and fast food, safe area and unbeatable convenience. Parking on site and short drive to the beach and town of philipsburg, or if you feel adventurous we were able to walk it in 30 minutes. Bus stops also just around the corner will take you to major areas of the island and airport for only $2 USD. Shannique is very responsive should you need anything. Overall great experience, kids didnt want our vacation to end, would definitely return again!

Trudy’s place is a real find and the perfect place to unwind on the beautiful island of Anguilla. The outside kitchen space works brilliantly and it’s a real treat to be outside all the time. The property is in a really good spot with both shores and all the beaches within easy reach. It’s also very handy having Picante restaurant close by either for drinks or dinner. Trudy is a brilliant host and very helpful. We had an amazing holiday here and will definitely return!
