Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

It’s a nice place. Looks newly renovated. Nice shoe storage, patio with furniture to sit. Pool view. Laura has stocked most of the things needed. Spices, enough dishwasher pods, laundry detergen etc.. Pots and pans looked little old. Check-in is very easy and the auto lock works really well. One assigned car parking was given. Not easy to get a parking spot on street. A nice stay overall. Felt like home..

lovely place with patio in a nice neighborhood. has all amenities needed for a longer stay. garage is very small - my full size sedan did not fit - street parking is easy to find, however

I highly recommend staying here. Its absolutely beautiful. Perfect location right across the street from Capitila Beach, Margaritaville, Zeldas and many more restaurants and shops. The studio is clean and very comfortable. Trust me you'll love this place! Thanks Evan

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in future. Wonderful neigborhood- lots to walk to and close to UCSC.

Enjoyed staying at the place and the host was very communicative. Definitely cozy and good location but not the quietest since you can hear the neighbors pretty easily throughout the unit.

Happy’s place fit our big group well and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The kids loved being able to walk to the park near the house and play.

Sunny’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was bright, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Sunny was a thoughtful and responsive host, making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Stephan’s place is nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Nice amenities, everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Location is great with shopping and nice restaurants within a close driving distance. The train is also nearby with the tracks right across the street but wasn’t too noisy. Stephan is very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend!

Jennifer and co were lovely hosts! We had a last minute reservation that they were able to accommodate. Check-in was easy and they were very communicative throughout our stay as well. The house is in a very walkable area of San Jose. It felt safe to walk, even at night. Even though you’re nearby the downtown area the home itself felt like a private oasis. It was both spacious and cozy and there was plenty of room for both of us to work from home and have our two dogs. We stayed for a few weeks and they’ve done an excellent job at anticipating all the things you might need for an extended stay - especially with a well stocked kitchen. The pictures give an accurate representation of the place with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Overall, the bathroom and kitchen are nicely updated and the decor and furnishings give it that additional modern touch. Highly recommend stay and hope to be back!

Great place to stay, nice and quite but still close to shops and restaurants

Great home base for a family trip to San Jose. Bedrooms were spacious, and having a king bed in every bedroom was quite nice.

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. We spent an extended weekend here with family and from the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was clean, modern, and obviously decorated with love and all our needs in mind.

We had a really great stay at April’s place. It was in walking distance of my mom’s retirement home. This part of Palo Alto has safe streets, cute houses and beautiful gardens to walk past. Close to downtown and shopping too. The place was spotless and comfortable. There was a strong cleaning fluid smell. We opened all the windows and let in the crisp California air to get the cleaning smell out. Next time, I would request vinegar cleaning if possible. Laundry is very easy and the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and plates, mugs. Bedding and pillows were very comfy.

We can hardly wait to come back! What's not to love! Absolutely beautifully decorated. Huge screen TV, hot water on demand, 2 refrigerators... one with freezer, fireplace, beach towels, outdoor deck with ocean glimpses, wagon to bring our luggage/stuff to room via elevator, rainfall shower head, bath room magnifying mirror, super comfortable king bed and sooo much more. those were our favorite amenities in the condo. If you have kids there are so many games in the room along with children's plates and bowls that were so cute. the location of the condo was absolutely perfect for us. two adults who wanted to leisurely get up and have coffee and breakfast in the condo. no cooking, thank you with a restaurant steps away literally, Sanderlings at the resort. It was so nice to head out in the morning for long ocean walks and then return for a light lunch at Sanderlings with its beautiful ocean view patio. David is incredible! Truly one of the best hosts ever! Thank you, David!!!

The second time my family stayed in Kalista’s home in the past 2 months. Kalista is a great host. The condo is very comfortable. Santana Row is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Ryan is a great host answered all of our questions, addressed our requests/needs promptly. A neat safe place near shopping and close to Stanford university met our goal of staying in the area.

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.
