Amazing place, beautiful views peaceful mornings! Lots of space to walk around and admire the Roos and birds. House was fully self contained and very homely. Would definitely stay again here.

We visited the area for a local open garden event and the Stoneleigh Miners Cottage was the perfect weekend accommodation. We felt so warmly welcomed, with thoughtful touches throughout the home to make our stay not just comfortable but special. Our highlights were sipping port by the fireplace and a peaceful breakfast on the verandah! Tim was a friendly and responsive host and the local recommendations were great. We would very happily stay here again!

Would highly recommend staying at this gem for your next visit to Daylesford. Beautiful, spacious home, filled with everything u could possibly need. Has a great outdoor area that wraps around the whole house which our dog loved exploring. The location was perfect. Not to mention, it has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

We loved our relaxing stay here after a big road trip. Amie was very kind and accommodating for our check in (and out) times. The house was presented beautifully and all the amenities made us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful two nights in the Garden Loft at Poets Lodge. A beautiful and comfortable space that was ideal for a weekend getaway. Angeline and Richard were responsive and gracious hosts.

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

Very calming , tranquil and amazing spot for a very relaxing weekend. Ideal for a romantic getaway. We had lots of things planned but ended up just staying inside the house as there was so much to do, spa, theatre room, steam shower, board games and books not to mention cooking up an amazing breakfast with the generous provisions in the fridge and pantry. Do yourself a favour and book for a minimum of three days you as won’t want to leave. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to tackle the week ahead.

A gorgeous cottage with great proximity to regional Victorian towns. Neal and Marie were the most amazing hosts ensuring our stay was seamless. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The lovely touches such as local coffee, biscuits and chocolate were greatly appreciated. We highly this beautiful accommodation.

Had a wedding to attend in Romsey with a bunch of friends. Lovely house that fit us all with great amenities. Kitchen was well equipped for our pre wedding platters preparation. Clean and comfortable we enjoyed our brief stay.

We had a great stay at Daylesford Country Retreats. The accommodation was just as described and as per the photos. The beautiful scenery around the property made our stay so peaceful. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for having us!

Piccolo was the perfect spot for our anniversary weekend. Private with just the right amount of luxury thrown in. I loved that the bedroom area was separate from the main living area. It was also nice to have a drink and a meal on the outside table overlooking the Hepburn Hills. Only minor downside was that nothing was in walking distance, but we had our car so that wasn't a problem. I'd highly recommend for a couples' getaway.

Amazing place to stay, will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone who needed a relaxing oasis in the wilderness.

Our stay and studio 1 was amazing! Nicola was a great host, very responsive and friendly when we had requests but also respected our privacy. The studio is decorated Beautifully and we spent a long time admiring her furniture and how well it was put together. We stayed here over our wedding weekend so the photographer came to take some photos beforehand and she agreed they are going to be stunning, the old buildings and beautiful gardens are the perfect backdrop. Couldn’t recommend Nicola’s place more highly for wedding accomodation or just a relaxing weekend away in beautiful Castlemaine.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in the heart of Castlemaine. The house was spotless, perfectly located just around the corner from Loveshack Brewery, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The main bedroom’s king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable, and we were really impressed by the art collection, which was a mix of vintage and Australian-themed pieces. The entire house was full of personality and personal touches, making it feel both unique and wonderfully homely. The styling was quirky and fun but still warm and inviting. The kitchen was so well-stocked, with a fridge full of essentials (including bottles of wine!) and a pantry that had everything needed to cook a great meal. The backyard was lovely, and the street was quiet, making for a really relaxing stay. Peter’s hospitality was exceptional—he was in regular communication, making sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely two-night stay at Apple Cottage. It’s so peaceful and pretty, we felt like we’d had a week-long holiday. The gardens are fantastic — we’d love to return and see them across the seasons. We highly recommend having lunch at The Good Food Providers in Maldon. Our stay at Debs was great. The house was exactly as described and brought back many memories of our own grandparents days with all the quaint trinkets around the old miners cottage. The place was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. The proximity to Sovereign Hill was an added bonus. Deb communicated very effectively too. Lovely quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature and rolling hills. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. I loved the fireplace and the timeless furniture! The only thing that could improve would be that the shower pressure was quite low, and the hot water ran out very quickly! All in all though it was a fantastic stay!

Matilda’s Cottage was a perfect little spot that catered two nights before our wedding and our wedding night. While we are local, I highly reccomend utilising this cosy quiet accommodation. You are not far from gisborne vineyards and town centre and a short drive up the freeway into the Macedon ranges. Take a short drive continuing up benson rd you’ll grab a nice view of the valley. Highly recommend this lovely cottage . We felt very much at home . Crisp sheets , soft towels , fresh bread , wine & chocolates. And - a towel warmer warming fresh towels for a hot shower after our long trip from Queensland. Just perfect .

Great location in Ballarat central very close to everything. We arrived late so Sue had put the lights and the heater on for us which was greatly appreciated. Very tidy and cosy cottage we enjoyed our long weekend .

Excellent communication from Roger. Attentive host who checked in regularly and immediately dealt with minor problems. An excellent property and host experience.
