Great spot for both a short or long stay in Dayton. The neighborhood is safe and cute and the apartment looks great and feels like home. Would definitely book again.

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and our granddaughter. We also appreciate the communication and help when we needed it. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

My friend and I stayed here for one night before running a half marathon. The place was perfectly sized for the two of us and had everything we need. The check in was clear and they were great, accommodating hosts. There are train tracks nearby, and the trains were common, but the place is also equipped with ear plugs and a sound machine. We were able to walk into town and visit some of the cute, local shops!

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

Maria was an exceptional host throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to address any minor issues that came up during our long-term stay, ensuring we had a smooth and comfortable experience. The property itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the photos, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. This was our 1st experience with an Airbnb. Laura was a wonderful host, very responsive to all our questions or concerns over the month & a half we stayed. House was exactly as mentioned/shown in pictures. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living area all well appointed and comfortable. We extended our stay twice during our stay and Laura helped us navigate the airbnb application to do so. We highly recommend Laura and this Airbnb. We would definitely stay again when we visit! A+++

Great spot to stay when visiting Oxford/Miami University. Host was great communicator. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard came in handy. Will definitely book here again in the future if they will have us again.

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.
