This was one of the best stays we've had in several decades of travel. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way: comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to everything we needed, e.g. beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. But one of our key requirements was peace and quiet, and we quickly found that our hosts had appropriately named this place "Serenity." We met Sandie early in our stay and I can't say enough about how helpful, engaging, and just plain nice she was. We will definitely be returning to this alluring, tranquil place.

Pheap’s place was perfect for our family getaway. Our kids loved the pools, water slide, lazy river and beach. Pheap is great host and gets back right away if you reach out with questions. We’ll definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Daytona Beach!

This was our second stay in this building but the first time in Ryley’s unit. We enjoyed Ryley’s unit more than we did the last unit we stayed in. The wife and I came in for Bike week and the place was just a short drive to Main Street but far enough away for when we wanted to relax! We will look for this unit in the future!

The place was great and we enjoyed the gorgeous view and easy access walk right down to the beach. It was a perfect spot for a getaway and the amenities and location was top-notch for the price. Our host Laiz was very kind and responsive and was of great assistance. 5 stars and definitely recommend for a stay if looking for a nice spot with lots to do nearby and close to the beach, very peaceful. Great spot and would definitely stay again!

The view of the ocean was nothing less than spectacular! Apt was small but fit our needs! It was decorated beautifully! The owners were very kind and always responded! If you love the ocean as much as we do, then this is your place!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The panoramic ocean views were absolutely stunning, making for the perfect relaxing getaway. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was clean and inviting. While the facility pools were unfortunately damaged by a recent hurricane, this was beyond the owner’s control and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront retreat!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully provisioned and immaculately clean … we absolutely loved our stay here! The view from the living room and kitchen is amazing, especially at sunrise, and the location is unbeatable. There is so much to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

Richard is very responsive. Location is good, close to the beach and restaurants. The house is basic and older, but very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

The room was exactly as described and Karen communicated with us very well to make sure check in was extremely easy and made our stay hassle free. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area and it is very convenient to local amenities

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We loved our stay in NSB with Ronnie & Marlo! The place was so accommodating for the 8 of us. Great parking, the pool area was well maintained and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in New Smyrna!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.

Good location and amenities. The room is an internal room (windows look into the hallway, not the outside of the building) but we didn’t mind since we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.
