Lovely home, well appointed, excellent kitchen with everything we needed for preparing meals. The location is a 5 minute drive from beautiful Rathtrevor Beach. The tub is very deep so anyone with mobility problems may find it challenging.

Awesome cottage to stay in. Lots of room for 2 adults and 2 adult kids and 2 teenagers. Wish we had more time to explore

Had a great stay at Meghan’s. The kitchen was well equipped with a spacious fridge and freezer. Our kids loved having their own bunk beds and our dog loved relaxing in front of the fireplace! Meghan was responsive and helpful. We would visit again!

Another wonderful stay - we love this property! Cozy cabin that has all essentials to make all meals, with added bonus of a wood burning fireplace, stacked games cupboard and lots of comfy pillows. Our dog loved exploring the property, and we loved the sauna! We will definitely be returning again!

Pat's place is awesome. We, a family of four - two adults and two kids (one is at teen age and another one is younger), spent a great long weekend there. Bright, cozy condo with great view from almost any window. It fits all of us, has a nice kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heated pool with a hot tub, which we and kids enjoyed, just downstairs. The Bay is very good for paddle boarding. We did twice over our stay. If tide is low, you can reach a tiny island where you can find lots of purple and orange sea stars, crabs, and oysters. Ladysmith and Nanaimo suggest great dinner options. Nanaimo also has a nice walkable Marina merging into Maffeo Sutton park. If you like hikes, we tried Extension Ridge Trail hike near Nanaimo and can strongly recommend it to anyone. Malahat Tower is a fun place to visit, just one hour of driving from "Inn of the Sea" resort, we've been there, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again at Pat's place.

A persistent cough and nonstop rain might have tanked another weekend away, but the peaceful beauty of Charlie’s suite rescued it. This airbnb has a gorgeous view of cedar, madrone, and water—even on a rainy weekend it’s striking. The architecture and design of the house and the airbnb unit upstairs is cozy and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower very luxurious (and I loved the tile)! There isn’t much in the way of a kitchen (yet) but it’s a 5 minute drive to Gibsons and all the nice restaurants there. The rain and cold kept us off the deck outside, but on a drier and warmer day I would spend hours out there reading. As it was, I happily spent hours reading from the bed and it was a very relaxing weekend. Charlie was very communicative and friendly via messages, and though we never met in person, his cat, Jerry, best cat ever, did greet us at the door. She is very sweet and deserves treats and pets. :)

Wonderful cottage just on the edge of Rathtrevor. We had friends camping in the park and we didn’t want to camp with a toddler so this was the perfect solution. Pet friendly, private, quiet. Cottage had everything you’d need. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had high chair, pack and play, baby gate. Would stay again!

La maison de Phil & Steph est très bien située au bord du lac et exposé sud. Pour se baigner il suffit de descendre sur le ponton et ensuite on se prélasse au soleil sur un transat. Phil est hyper réactif et très sympa. Le logement est impeccable pour 6 personnes sans se gêner. On peut cuisiner il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et nous cuisions beaucoup, et il y a un supermarché bien fourni à 3 minutes à pied. La nuit est calme et le jour paisible. Nous recommandons sincèrement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is a great place to stay Gloria and John are great people, This is our second stay here. I cannot praise this place enough. Comfy beds plenty of hot water , and all else you might needs
