I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb property, and I can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were not only spacious but also exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Each room featured its own ensuite bathroom, adding a layer of convenience and privacy that we truly appreciated. The common areas were large and impeccably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or gathering with family and friends. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool – it was the perfect spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Overall, this property provided an exceptional experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Petro was so friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs. we had a small problem with electricity and she went out of her way to resolve it timeously and without any interruption to our stay. beautiful place and lovely and clean. wonderful pool and garden for the kids. a definite must visit for families.

We had a lovely stay in Hermanus with Tom. House was very well equipped and spacious. Great location a quick walk from the cliff path and beaches, and only a few minute drive into town center. Communication was always incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and would stay again!

The place has immaculate view of mountains with pool in front. Clean and comfortable. A lot of mountain and beach trails are near by. Enjoyed the calm town of Hermanus.

We had such a great time at Ciska’s place!! She made a huge effort to make sure we had everything we needed for our family with 2 young kids. The house has such a relaxed vibe, is super comfortable and well equipped. Safe neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, fun beaches… best vacation ever!!

One of the very few AirBnBs where you just immediately feel at home. Everything is stocked the way you would do your own home. The knives are plentiful and sharp, there’s plenty of glasses and plates and everything. They’ve also created such wonderful different spaces around the house, so that by the end of the day you felt like you’ve been in 4 or 5 different homes. The views, the braai, everything is just perfect.

We had a great stay at Sadie’s house. The house is as described. Beautiful garden and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice linen. Sadie is responsive in her communication and she was flexible with a check-out time for us. We can highly recommend this house for you Hermanus stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

We stayed on the property for a week and it was an amazing experience. Pictures don’t give justice to the sea view. Property highly recommended for anybody thinking to rent .

The perfect getaway for family or friends! The house looked exactly like the photos and had all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is great, with a beautiful mountain view. Plus, it’s just a short drive to the beach and excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive, and the information pack was so helpful. If you want a lazy time just come here. The location is amazing, right on a rocky beach with the waves crashing right in front of the patio. The house is very spacious, and all possible amenities were available. Getting to Hermanus, Pringle Bay and Gordon's Bay was easy - if you feel the need to drag yourself away from the peace of Dolphin House.

My family and friends had a great week at Misha's place. Such a lovely location and property, we didn't want to leave! The villa was equipped to a very high standard. Ciska was very helpful, attentive and efficient.

Lovely home with excellent location close to the cliff path, Grotto Beach and Dutchies. Kitchen is very well equipped and caters to a lovely relaxed atmosphere and vibe. We had a great time however struggled with the sun in the mornings in the bedrooms with thin/shear curtains waking us up much earlier than we would’ve liked.

Wow not a lot of places exceeded the photos used for marketing but this one definitely did. We and our guest enjoyed it so much and will talk of this vacation for years to come. Andrè and Jean were perfect hosts and very helpful and responsive. A lot of space and all the amenities you will need. Sat last night next to a fire, looking at stars and listening to the waves. Can get much better than this and will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Definitely great for what we needed. Will definitely be back if we need space like that again. Lots of nice spaces for each of us to have a quiet spot when needed.

Beautiful open house with amazing views. Fully stocked with any items that you could need to have a lovely holiday or weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. We had a lovely family stay. The whales were out in full glory very lucky to see them. The house had everything we needed.

Beautiful comfortable house in great location, extremely well managed by Leigh and her staff. Everything went very smoothly and we had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a big group, in a great location for the pleasures of Hermanus. The only negative I can think of is that a number of our party suffered from unusually strong allergies while staying in the house - this could have been some plant flowering on the mountain or in the garden, or it could be a reaction to pet dander or dust (we didn’t see much sign of the latter). If the house does have a pet living in it some of the time, would recommend a deep clean before holiday season or letting guests know beforehand. But this was a comparatively minor issue.

Lovely and well put together house in a fab location. 180 degree views of mountain and ocean. House is dry clean and well stocked with all you will need. There was even a beach umbrella and chairs. Recommend!

Absolutely loved the stay! Close to the beach and the town but still quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home and will definitely book again when traveling to Hermanus.
