We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍 Thank you, Francisco!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arjen. La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée, dans un quartier calme, idéale pour une famille de 4. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus sachant qu’ensuite on peut aller au centre d’Amsterdam en 20 mn grâce à la station de tram toute proche. La maison doit être très agréable en été avec la terrasse au bord de l’eau. Nous espérons revenir et nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

We waren met z'n 5'en. Het was fijn dat we 4 verschillende kamers hadden om te benuttigen en dat we fietsen mochten lenen. Mooi rustig gebied en een makkelijke bus naar Utrecht. Het hebben van een parkeerplaats was ook heel fijn. We hebben het zwembad zelf niet gebruikt maar het klimtouw was grappig. Vonden het ook heel leuk om voor de hamster te zorgen ook al was hij schuw.

Nico was incredibly friendly and the house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Very easy access to the sprinter train to get to downtown Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Marnix and Margot’s place for almost 3 weeks. They very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to check in one night in advance in the evening because our other Airbnb finished and we had small kids and lots of luggage. Also, they went an extra mile and accommodated us with safety gates for our 2 year old twins. That was huge for us. The place was just as described. Renovated, nice, free of clutter. We found everything we needed. The backyard is perfect for spending time with kids. Our girls loved the trampoline and the slide. Having so many bicycles to choose from including the big family bike was an amazing bonus. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern (14 und 16 Jahre) spontan für vier Nächte die Unterkunft gebucht und hatten sofort einen sehr netten Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Das Häuschen ist mit einem Boot erreichbar, mit dem wir tolle Ausflüge in schöner Natur bis zum See vorgenommen haben. Es war ein herrliches naturnahes Wohnen mit toller Erholung und viel Spaß auch für die Kids. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful home in a small outskirt of Amsterdam. east access to public transport. nice restaurants. staircase is a bit steep.

Gerdie's house is nicely made and decorated, spotless clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really quiet and the location is great, close to Amsterdam and not far from Keukenhof. Gerdie is a very welcoming and nice host, we felt like at home in her lovely house and we'll keep only good memories from our short stay there.

Nos ha encantado su casa y ha estado pendiente en todo momento. El pueblo es muy bonito, tranquilo y con buena comunicación en tren con Ámsterdam, Utrecht y demás. La anfitriona nos dejó sus bicis y pudimos dar paseos por la zona. Casa perfecta para una familia numerosa, para visitar Ámsterdam y su región fuera del bullicio de la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable.

Es waren traumhafte Tage dort! Die Überfahrt mit dem Floß war jedes Mal ein kleines Abenteuer, uns hat das aber viel Spaß gemacht. Das Haus ist schlichtweg ein Traum und die Lage ist top! Wer im Ort Fahrräder leihen möchte, sollte beachten, dass der einzige Fahradverleih Samstag und Mittwoch geschlossen hat. War für uns kein Drama, aber wahrscheinlich hätten wir uns sonst für die ganze Zeit Fahrräder geholt.

Very nice and cozy house suited for kids. Niels and Hiske were so nice that they left toys for our little one. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. You have everything you need at 5 minutes distance.

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

We had a great time at Bart’s house, we felt right at home, the neighborhood and the village is very charming. The house is as described and as pictured. My kids also had a fun time. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus Wir durften über den Jahreswechsel fünf Tage in Sari‘s kleinem Schmuckstück wohnen. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, war super sauber, sehr gepflegt,bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kann förmlich die Wärme und Herzlichkeit von Sari spüren, die wir sehr gerne persönlich kennengelernt hätten. In den wärmeren Monaten ist dieser Ort mit Sicherheit ein kleines Paradies, weil ebenfalls ein kleiner Garten mit einer wunderschönen Veranda dazugehört und dazu noch den Fluss, zum schwimmen,direkt vor der Tür hat. Mit dem „Uber“ ist man ruckzuck und kostengünstig in der City von Amsterdam. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Sari🫶🏼

Diana and Michiel's house in Amstelveen was amazing and a highlight of our trip - a beautiful large house enough to accommodate all 7 of us. The amenities in the house were more than we could've asked for, with a back porch to enjoy the summer sun. We especially appreciated the coffee machine! Diana and Michiel left a set of instructions for using household equipment, internet access, how to go about, etc., that were detailed and helpful. Michiel who answered each of our questions in a timely manner, was extremely helpful with pointing out where to find things and any other questions we had. The house itself is spotless, has 3 bathrooms, and gives a cosy, modern feel. Location-wise, it is just 2 stops from Amstelveen stadshart, from which you can take a 20-min tram ride to Amsterdam for your touristy activities. There is also free parking closeby at the canal which is 1-2 mins walk from the front door. 10/10 would recommend for groups of people visiting the Netherlands.

Our stay in this lovely villa was truly a highlight! The house is very modern, stylish, and furnished with great attention to detail - we felt completely at home. The peaceful location and the view of the water provided pure relaxation. Ginger and Pepsi, the two cats, were the absolute highlight for us and made our stay even more special! The management was super friendly and helpful, and every question was answered quickly. We’d love to return in summer to enjoy the amazing outdoor activities like the SUP boards. Highly recommended! This absolutely lovely house ticked every box possible for our family. We had come to the Netherlands to visit friends and family and we felt as though the house were our own for the week we were here. Roger was so accommodating at every stage of our vacation and we really appreciated everything about our stay. So sad to be leaving Ouderkerk but hoping to return again in the not too distant future. Thank you Roger and family for a wonderful week.

Top accommodatie, smaakvol ingericht, heerlijk licht modern huis. De gastvrije ontvangst van Nina en Arno samen met de heerlijke koffiebonen en het flesje wijn maakte het warme welkom helemaal af. Mijn zoontje heeft zich fantastisch kunnen vermaken met de spullen en speelgoed van hun dochter Tedje, erg fijn dat we daar gebruik van mochten maken. De communicatie verliep altijd snel en soepel, Nina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis bevind zich in een prachtige natuurrijke omgeving aan de rand van Amsterdam, zou zeker nog een keer terug willen komen in de zomerperiode! Kortom, erg prettig verblijf, zeker aan te bevelen.
