It was the perfect house for me and my friends for spring break! The distance to the ski resort you can’t beat it! Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing spring break and this cabin had a lot to do with that! The cabin was relaxing, had a great view, and we loved the hot tub! Will definitely stay here in the future!

Walked in and just as pictures described. House was extraordinary, clean and well equipped with everything needed. Everything, clean and beautiful...highly recommend.

This place was amazing! It felt nice and private without being too remote and the clubhouse was an awesome way to kill a day instead of going into town!

We had an amazing stay at Timberland Lodge! Our group of 10 found the space to be perfect for our winter getaway. The lodge was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was fantastic—close to Terry Peak for skiing and just a short drive to Lead and Deadwood for dining and entertainment. We loved the foosball table for some friendly competition in the evenings. If you're planning a trip to the Black Hills in the winter, we wholeheartedly recommend Timberland Lodge. It was the perfect home base for our adventure, and we can’t wait to come back!

very beautiful views and very beautiful house! we managed to get a 5th wheel up to it with our side by side but I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're super skilled with trailers. I have nothing to complain about with this house. Definitely would recommend the place to others to stay at! The hosts were VERY quick at responded which was top tier!!

Trystin was very responsive on all messages. Cabin 6 was very clean & spacious! The view was phenomenal and we really enjoyed being in a private area only 5ish minutes away from town.

We had such an amazing time! We stay at vacation rentals multiple times a year. This house, BY FAR, was the most well and thoughtfully organizated home. Highly recommend to anyone. We had a wonderful time and we are already talking about when we can go back

We have a group of friends that all live far away and we like to get together every year. In recent years we have started having kids, including two toddlers and an infant for this trip. This house was a great location and layout for our get-together. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor space, including the creek, toy construction equipment and slide/swing set. After the kids went to bed, the adults all enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub. The host's intructions were clear and checking out was easy. Thank you Erica!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin! It was close to town but also very tucked away with lots of wild life, including big horn sheep, deer, and turkeys. its also a short walk to a local trail that takes you all around the city. plus it has a great fenced in backyard which we used to play fetch with our dog.

grandma's place is awesome. beautiful spot, close to town. lots of wildlife. firepit would have been nice, but I can see the liability that goes along with that 🔥

The cabin in the mountains was absolutely everything we hoped for! Once the snow had melted, and our front wheel drive rental was able to get up the driveway, we were golden. Highly recommend this place!

It was so great for the price. Very clean and neat. restrooms were clean and at a close distance. the bed sheets were washed and brand new. it was an excellent cabin and will definitely come back.

Just absolutely love this place! As a frequent visitor to the Black Hills we get an Air BNB cabin about 6 or 8 times a year and this was in the top 5% of places we have stayed for sure! Loved the location and the 2 live creeks right on the property that feed into trout ponds! Forgot to bring a fishing pole but we did see some fish jump out of the water so they must be in there! Thanks again to Carmen and especially to co host Julie who was very responsive and accommodating!

This is our second time staying here - it’s just as beautiful in the fall as it is in the winter. My dog and I had a great time exploring, sitting on the deck, observing the wildlife (daily visits from many deer, turkeys, etc). It’s very peaceful. The deck is our favorite place to hang. The addition of the recliner inside is so great - as is the new deck furniture. Truly a little slice of heaven. Will definitely be back again!

Don't hesitate - book it. This place is incredible & one of my favorite Airbnb stays of all-time. When they say "Off-Grid Luxury", they MEAN IT down to the detail. The tile in the bathroom, the beautiful fire places, the tools in the kitchen; everything feels elevated, purposeful, and just NICE. We were celebrating our 8-year anniversary and found it to be the perfect place for us two; we didn't leave for the entire weekend. We cooked every meal, sat by the fire and talked, laid in the sunroom and watched birds, and made fires at night to watch the stars. It's incredibly secluded and felt like we were in our own little world (in the best way!) Things to note: it is remote (which is WONDERFUL), but if there's snow, have a car with 4-wheel drive. Also, the closest grocery store is at least a 30-minute drive (I think), so bring food with you! It is SO worth it. I am already trying to plan the next time we can go back!!

This place is EPIC! It felt so peaceful and my family didn't want to leave; because it was so special. If you are thinking about this place to stay, you better or you will be missing out.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything in the Black Hills. The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Very quiet, clean and cozy. The animals at the ranch were the cherry on top. Loved everything about the ranch. Definitely will book again when we come back.

Great place to stay. Great instructions, really simple on guests, and not a speck of dust. Amenities within the house are above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen at a property rental.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was very quick & easy to retrieve our key from the lock box with a code Crystal had provided shortly after booking. The 2 bedroom cabin was perfect for 2 couples and in a great location for checking out Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, and driving the Needles Highway. Crystal was very quick to respond to any questions we had and had our cabin equipped with everything we needed. Very clean & cozy!
