Tami and Ken greeted us warmly upon arrival were very helpful and easy to reach. The rental is exactly as described including lots of conveniences - all kinds of appliances and snacks/treats available. It was a perfect place for us to get ready for a wedding at the nearby Timber Ridge Event center. Although we didn't need it, the host even offered to pick us up after the wedding if we felt we needed a ride. They were also very flexible with check-out and gave us opportunity to sleep in and have a lazy Sunday morning in the country setting.

The place was super clean and fully stocked with basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. My partner and I celebrated an anniversary here and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again. The only complaint we have is that the beds are hard, and hurt our backs. Besides that, I recommend! We appreciate the fact that the hosts allowed us to book over new years!

Our group of 8 spent 2 nights at this gorgeous Lakehouse and we were all very impressed. Sonia and Paul were excellent hosts. Paul provided recommendations, guidance, showed tremendous care for the guests and was available to answer any questions. He was also very flexible and accommodating to our needs. From the way this place is maintained, you can tell that the hosts really care about it. The Lakehouse was very clean and had everything that we needed. The lakeview was spectacular. Flawless place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Mitchell Heights is a property with charm and character. It has been thoughtfully set up. They have pretty much all the amenities one might need in a home away from home. It worked very nicely for us as a large family reunion spot because each family had its own suite with washroom and kitchen. The deck and larger suite served as our common areas / hang out spots. Erie Rest beach is a short walk away (7-8 mins). Downtown Port Stanley - Main Beach, Little Beach, Port Stanley Terminal Rail, etc - is a short drive away. Having said that, Mitchell Heights is super quiet and calm compared to the relatively busy downtown area so it worked really nicely for us. Last but not the least, we must mention how the communication with the hosts was on point... most of all we appreciated their inputs and suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. Hope to be back at Mitchell Heights sooner than later!

Such a beautiful home right on the water! We immediately fell in love the second we walked in. The home is so cozy with anything you could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable! It was more space than we even needed with four people and two dogs. We LOVED sitting in the hot tub at sunset. We will definitely be returning in the summer!

Shannon’s unit was perfect for our family holiday visit. It was well stocked, clean and inviting—-from the Nest thermostat, coffee, soda/water in the fridge to the toiletries and comfy towels in the bathroom, it was just like home. We will definitely return when visiting family in the GP area. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. We will be back! It was exactly what we needed. And perfection location for the pool for our toddlers !

I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a large spacious house for a lot of people. It’s very private and accommodating to everyone’s needs. It was very cozy and felt right at home.
