Jen’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Tallahassee! The location was close to stores and restaurants and the space was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend. The host was friendly and accommodating.

1st time staying there and will definitely be going back as a Florida State University Parent of a Freshman. Loved staying there and its convenience of how close the University it was.

Andrea’s condo was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter and I were visiting Tallahassee to check out FSU and attend one of their tours. This location was perfect as we were a very short walk to the visitor’s center (at the stadium) and I didn’t have to worry about parking. The condo itself was exactly as described and very clean. Should FSU be the college my daughter chooses, I definitely foresee staying here again!

Always a pleasure to stay at this property and enjoy being at Lake Ella. Can’t wait to return.

Linda is available to answer questions and is a thoughtful and accommodating host. We stay for a longer period of time and Linda has provided everything we need for cooking and comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms are small but the bedrooms and closets are a good size. It’s good for the two of us, maximum four. This is a good location for golfers, close to Hilaman Golf Course and Southwood Golf. We have returned here 3 times and look forward to returning again.

We stayed here for a wedding which was less than half a mile away so it worked out perfectly. The house was great - clean, and comfortable. The house is also really close to downtown square. Michele was always very responsive and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - I recommend!

Lori Very responsive goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy communicates very well did maintenance check on us to make sure everything was good if anything wasn't she fixed immediately took care of it we were there for a few months and we will probably be back in about a month or so thank you for everything that you did Lori we greatly appreciate it the guys enjoyed the place

Wonderful home! Perfect for our fishing tournament weekend at Lake Seminole. Beautiful area, private, clean, and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

fantastic time, relaxing, quiet environment. very dog friendly with an enclosed front yard, easy access to the lake and plenty room for fishing off the deck. will come back in the future.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home! I love the layout and the large bedrooms! There is such a precious peace and quiet on Lake Seminole, and James and Jen have done a wonderful job providing a pristine and well furnished home to enjoy our time with our family in the area. We always have great communication and we feel so comfortable and "at home". It is most definitely our little slice of Heaven!

Catherine was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. We accidentally locked ourselves out of a bedroom 45 min before an early am meeting, and she got back to us with a solution in a matter of minutes .

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Kerry’s place is convenient to campus and in a quiet accessible neighborhood. The condo is exactly as described with thoughtful additions. Stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom items that make you feel at home . Definitely recommend !

Kelly’s place was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, and parking is right in front of entrance. It is a convenient location to FSU (especially the Stadium) as well as FAMU and the Florida Capitol. The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and had everything you would need from an umbrella to spices, condiments and coffee. They really go the extra mile to make this a great place to visit.

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Tallahassee! The house was exactly as described— very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to FSU and many great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Marlinda was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, which made us feel truly welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
