James was a great host. We were on the run from Hurricane Milton and James even offered us to stay as long as we needed for free! We did not need the extra time but what a wonderful offer. A true Southern Gentleman.

Fantastic little room on the lake. I’m from Tally and will definitely stay again for future visits. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Great front and back yards. Great TV set up. Lots of clothing storage if needed. Appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker. Great location - walking distance to coffee, restaurants, CVS, Publix. Loved walking around the lake multiple times a day. Only downside (which is outside host’s control): loud club-like music could be heard from 10pm-12am on Saturday night 3/24. Drove around to try to find source but nothing could be heard in approx 1mi radius. My best guess is it was from college-town or a show at The Moon - I guess it carries over the open water. Bring some ear plugs and you’ll be just fine.

Jack and Mollie's place was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee at The Black Dog Cafe that was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again

Nice place for two people. This is the place if you like fishing out your back door. Bed was comfortable. Nice big shower. Hope to stay again

We enjoy our stay. Was a very comfortable house. Kitchen set up with plenty of dishes. and having a dishwasher was a plus! Beds were comfortable. Fishing was fun! Thank you for allowing our 2 Cavaliers spaniels to stay! Bob and Sherry were great hosts!

This lake house was beautifully and conveniently renovated. All the appliances and electronics worked flawlessly. But the best part is the sunset view!! We took pictures of sunset almost everyday. It was a bit chilly for lake activities, but we did enjoy hanging out on the porch and the little shack on the deck. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great lake vacation!

We absolutely recommend! Our host Ms. Janet was super nice and accommodating. She welcomed us with snacks, sweet tea and the cabin was super clean, cute and peaceful! The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. We hope to stay again soon.

Amazing time at April's place !! We enjoyed our time there as a family, we canoe around the lake, fished , got in the hot tub. Enjoyed nature and the peace is outstanding, good to relax from the city life. There are many books and board games and things to entertain with. April is super nice and responds fast with anything you might need. The house its just as described, kitchen is well equipped, she provides everything and more, you dont need to bring anything from home. I will definetely stay here again.

we had a great time relaxing at lake talquin! the house is very roomy and has everything you need for a great stay! a couple things to know before you go is the listing says keurig coffee machine. so I bought keurig cups for our trip but then there was not a keurig coffee machine. it was just a regular type. but it was no big deal because Melissa had plenty of coffee available for us at the house. also, the house is off a dirt/rock road which for most people isn't a big deal but my husband is a car guy and hates dirt roads lol. I definitely wish I'd known before hand because we woukd have brought a different vehicle had I known. overall we had the best time and would definitely book again! Melissa communicated well. she even brought us firewood for the fireplace which we were not expecting! so thankyou for your hospitality!

Mr. Randall’s listing exceeded all expectations. The serene and peaceful surroundings offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. His home was warm, inviting, and well maintain. One of the highlights was his dock, without a doubt one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The small housing on the dock provided a cozy spot to relax when I got tired of fishing– it was the ideal place to take a break and enjoy the view. Mr. Randall was a true gem. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like old friends. He and my husband hit it off right away, and we spent hours chatting about fishing and life. Mr. Randall generously shared his knowledge of fishing, and even helped clean the enormous catfish we caught. His kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. If I could give this listing 10 stars, I absolutely would! The warmth of the welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you for everything...You are awesome!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was incredibly clean, modern, and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A word of advice—be sure to read the details carefully, as this is a shared space (something we didn’t realize until right before our arrival). However, our experience was still fantastic! Our host was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, making sure we felt completely at ease. He gave us full access to the space, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming place to stay.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

There were several things which stood out about Susan and her Airbnb. 1. She was easy to communicate with. I had a snafu with my scheduling but Susan understood and was very generous with accommodating me. 2. She pays attention to detail. Susan reached out a few days before my arrival to ask about my pet. My granddaughter has a small older dog which stayed with us. Susan made sure Assata had food and water bowls, poop bags, and puppy pads. 3. It was my granddaughters graduation. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, muffins, brownies, and a snack station with chips. This was appreciated since we had driven over 8 hours. 4. I pay attention to the quality of toilet paper used in bathrooms. Susan had Charmin and I loved it. She had wash clothes especially for makeup removal. Even though I use an oil to remove my makeup, it leaves residuals. The makeup towels were a nice touch. 5. This place is everything advertised and more. I would stay again. Thank you Susan
