I had a perfect stay here with my partner for ten days. The apartment is exactly as in photos and description and the host is very friendly and responsive. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was great to have a home away from home to return to. The location is fantastic. Central but a quiet street with groceries shops and a pharmacy across the street and near plenty of restaurants and a great bakery down the street too.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο κατάλυμα! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα της Αθήνας, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει με πληροφορίες και προτάσεις. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στην πόλη!

The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The home was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. Foteini & Christos were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, offering great local tips and being readily available if I needed anything. The check-in process was seamless, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent welcome, at 10 p.m.!! It's really a pleasure. Metro in front of the apartment and historic center within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay! Eleni and her team made sure it was an easy and pleasant experience from check in to check out. The place was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. It was perfect for our larger group of 8. The location was convenient—close to the train station and grocery stores. Everything about our stay felt special, and we truly enjoyed our time here - thank you♥️

Very nice and modern apartment. Clean and well organised. Excellent location. Good for short and long stays. Had few minor issues but were well attended.

Mrs Maria is an excellent host! The apartment was beautiful , even pretier than shown in the pictures. Very cozy and warm and super clean. Would totally recommend!

We visited Evelina‘s place over our Christmas vacation and had a great time. The apartment looks just like the pictures, it is very spacious and cozy, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. Location is great, super close to the metro station and in close proximity to bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely return, thank you for everything Evelina.

Our family had an amazing stay at Maria’s STUNNING home. You feel like you’ve gone back in time in Monemvasia but with modern amenities like air conditioning and wifi. Maria was so responsive and everything was super easy. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back! Thank you!

Το σπιτι ειναι οπως στις φωτογραφιες,απλο,μικρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο,ηταν πεντακάθαρο,σε πολυ βολική τοποθεσία οσο αναφορά τις αποστάσεις.Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και πολυ εξυπηρετικός,μείναμε πολυ ικανοποιημένοι.

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της κυρίας Ζωής ήταν σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η κυρία Ζωή και ο σύζυγός της ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Εμείς θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημενο με όλες τις παροχές που αναγράφονται! Το σημείο αν και εύκολα προσβάσιμο, κοντά σε μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλία, ήταν πολύ ήσυχο και με υπέροχη θέα! Η κυρία Σοφία εξαιρετική στη συνεννόηση της καθώς είχαμε μαζί και το σκυλί μας και πολύ διακριτική! Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σίγουρα!!

The location was convenient as I visited for a few days for work. Close to Kifisia center. Walkable distance. Other than that there’s not much in the area. It was fairly clean and easy to get inside. A bit overpriced for the location and what it has to offer. It is a decent place though I did not have any issues while staying there.

What a wonderful apartment! Clean and has all the listed amenities. Completely met my expectations in terms of both the quality of the place and the price. The hosts are really caring and responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Athens another time.

Last minute trip to Athens. Booked same day. Tina very responsive. The photo of the Arch of Hadrian and location to Plaka sold me. Outstanding location. Stumbled upon Greece’s Independence Day. Front row seats too the military parade and airshow. Thank you Tina!

Rouli was very kind and welcomed me into their home. Everything was clean and felt like an authentic Athenian apartment. Washer works well, good lighting and decoration and well stocked kitchen. Loved my very brief stay here and great value!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling on my own for the first time to an unknown country, I was nervous as my flight landed around 1.30am but as soon as I landed, the host (Zeta) instantly replied me & reassured me. She was waiting for me in the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for a couple or whole family. It has all the amenities necessary, fully functional kitchen, washing machine & lovely large balcony area with outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants & cafe within walking distance. Ideal location for the Hygeia Hospital & beautiful town Chalandri is within 10mins of walking. Aga Paraskevi metro is about 12mins walk & it takes only about 30mins to the airport. Zeta replies to all your questions promptly & she is very friendly. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.
