Der Ausblick aus dieser Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft! Kein Hotel könnte schöner liegen. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr grün, ruhig und freundlich. Die Balkone rund um die Wohnung waren mein persönliches Highlight und Lorentzos ist ein toller Gastgeber! Bei Ankunft erhielten wir eine persönliche Begrüßung und eine kurze Erkundung der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Vouliagmeni ist nur 25 Minuten vom Athener Zentrum mit dem Auto entfernt und die Umgebung ist einfach nur herrlich zum entspannen und um von hier aus Erkundungen zu starten. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, da man den Strand quasi vor der Haustüre hat (wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort, weshalb die Strände gut besucht waren, aber man kann immer einen schönen Platz finden). Wir durften Strandstühle und Strandtücher aus der Unterkunft verwenden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das kleine Doppelbett ist für uns wirklich klein in der Länge und besteht aus zwei Matratzen. Für uns (1,90m) hat es gerade gereicht. Maria hat uns äußerst nett empfangen, alles erklärt und uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, vielen Dank! Die Supermärkte sind mit dem Bus ganz gut erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es eine Stellplatz für ein Mietauto.

Labros was an incredibly nice host, super responsive and very easy to get on with. He was great when I arrived and the appartment itself was squeaky clean. He gave me good recommendations for places to go and was always willing to go above and beyond to make my trip easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

10/10 - perfect for an escape on weekends - surrounded by nature - value for money

Bezaubernde Aussicht über das Meer von der Terasse, Ruhe und Inspiration zugleich. Unterkunft mit Charme, alles da, was man braucht, gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich zuhause!! Hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Besitzerin, die uns wertvolle Tipps gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

The villa is absolutely lovely. Very spacious, well equipped and clean. It has lovely gardens which are obviously well cared for, fantastic views of the Saronic gulf from either the balcony at the front or the terrace at the back - which is also a great place to watch the stunning sunsets. The pool is also a real bonus - perfect for a morning swim before breakfast or a relaxing dip after getting back from the beach. Public beaches and tavernas are not really within easy walking distance though, so it's best to have a car if you want to get the most out of your stay. Dita is a wonderful hostess, so kind and welcoming - even providing a little welcome pack which was much appreciated. We stayed as a family of four (my wife and I and our two children - both young adults) and we had a wonderful holiday. The villa really is a lovely place to stay and a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area - being a reasonably short drive from Athens whilst also close to Cape Sounion and all the surrounding beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Maria’s place was fantastic. This small home was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect escape on Aegina. It is set in the back of a much larger property. The hosts live on the property but we felt complete privacy. There are many trees and the sound of the cicadas was very relaxing. The small private pool is the perfect size. Beautifully lit up at night, we were able to barbecue and cook in the kitchen for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. The house was stocked with clean towels for bathing, swimming and even offered robes. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend having some means of transportation because it is just slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again. One of our favorite Airbnbs for sure!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Rena and Stelios’ place in beautiful Nea Makri. They were both so welcoming and kind to us and we felt at home immediately. Our baggage got lost on the way to Athens, which meant we arrived late at night in Nea Makri. That was not a problem. Stelios greeted us when we came. They gave us many suggestions as to what to explore and experience in the area. The beach is only a five minute walk from the house. There are also a string of good cafés and restaurants along the seaside. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Kima. Sidsel and family.

What should I complement more here, the location or the host?! Firstly, Harry. He was our guardian angel prior to booking, during our stay, and afterward too. He fielded so many quiries we had and made our stay so much more better. Without a car, we caught a ferry from Athens to Porto Cheli. The house is beautiful with spectacular views of sunset and sunrise. The beach is <1 min walk down the hill from the house. We spent so much time there, mostly on our own as it was out of season. Our 2 yr old enjoyed the space and exploring the beach. We visited Porto Cheli by taxi and Spetses by walking to Kosta then getting the ferry. We did not hire a car but managed to get around with taxi and on foot. Having a car helps to explore the area and getting to shops/ restaurants. We had time to relax nevertheless. We advise having car to make those trips to other locations and general independance. We'd like to come back to stay here on this quiet corner again. Ευχαριστώ πολύ Harry!

Le logement que propose Michalis est parfait ! Propre, bien équipé, joliment décoré. La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur la mer et la petite église d'Aghia Pelagia. La plage est à quelques mètres, ainsi que les restaurants. Toutes les plages et lieux à découvrir de l'île sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Quant à Michalis il est très accueillant, et à disposition pour donner conseils et recommandations.

This place was great! Easy walk to the beach - 6 minutes! The hosts went above and beyond in accommodating us! Extremely nice people, who made our stay very enjoyable!

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is new and very clean. There is a helpful housekeeper on property. It is in a great location near pretty beaches

Το σπίτι μας παρείχε όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Φοβερή τοποθεσία, μπροστά στην πλατεία του χωριού, οι κάτοικοι πολύ φιλικοί, το τοπίο φανταστικό. Η Κυρία Γιώτα πολύ εξυπηρετική.. Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα!!

The property is well located and has everything you need for a family. it is organised perfectly with all essentials and more. It has all the perks of a hotel but all comfort of an apartment.

We had a wonderful stay, quiet location with relaxing beaches, and local restaurants around. Definitely need a car. It was a little tricky to find initially, but the host gave us lots of instructions and local recommendations. Pool was awesome to cool off in hot summer days.
