This stay exceeded our expectation because it was such an easy walk to the beach. At the beach, there were chaise lounges and umbrellas for us to use. The beach was a lovely sand. Our kids snorkeled and played in the waves. It was a short drive to town, but there is a taverna right next door that we went to twice and loved the food. Eleni and Giorgo were lovely hosts. They let us borrow their boogie board. There were plenty of towels and we could dry our items on the two porches. They were accommodating at every turn. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique bâtisse au milieu des montagnes crétoises. L'environnement est extrêmement paisible, les hôtes très accueillants et le petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon! Nous recommandons!

Theodosia und ihr Eltern, waren großartige Gastgeber! Zur Begrüßung gab es sofort einen Willkommensdrink. Es gab sogar selbst gemachtes Mezé und frische Weintrauben ab und zu. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und Theodosia hatte tolle Tips bzgl Strand und essen. Über die kann man zudem auch den Kontakt zu einer Autovermietung herstellen. Der Ausblick aus dem Appartement ist wunderschön! Man sieht zudem einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe und war sehr sauber! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Abschied gab es eine herzliche Umarmung ! Vielen Dank für alles !

We had a wonderful stay - apartment is fantastic - incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the harbour from the main bedroom and balcony. We decided to pay more than we’d normally pay per night but it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Thank you, Di and Terry

So much more than expected. The location is ideal and only a 1 minute walk (literally across the laneway) to the beach. Had second level unit which provides the most beautiful views especially the sunsets. Lia was very friendly and responsive to any queries we had. Kalyves was stunning and can't wait to visit again. Ideal for families.

Posizione centralissima, vicina al centro, alle spiagge e ai ristoranti ma isolata dal rumore. Servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Paleochora è un posto meraviglioso e questa casa permette di soggiornarvi al meglio.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im IOS Paleochora - das Apartment war gemütlich mit tollem Balkon und die Lage war super. Direkt am Meer, super Ausblick und der Ort war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Gastfreundschaft von Giorgos Vater und wir können die Wohnung für einen Urlaub auf Kreta nur empfehlen!

We loved our stay! The room was super private with our own sun beds! They took care of every detail! If you want to have a quiet stay and just enjoy the swimming pool and relax, you should book this room for sure!!

There are few hotels we would love to return to and Kymani is one of them!! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Warm and beautiful staff. Easy to order breakfasts that were delicious. Sexy aesthetics. Comfy bed. Walkable to everything. An amazing place for a relaxing romantic getaway.

Our great experience is not only limited to accommodation, but goes beyond! From the beginning Giorgios showed great kindness and interest in making sure our experience in Chania was the best. He was very helpful in helping us to know the places of interest to visit, as well as good restaurant recommendations. He also helped us plan how to get from the airport to our accommodation, making things much easier. We thank Giorgios from the bottom of our hearts for his great support, which played a great role in our beautiful experience in Chania! One of the things that greatly enhance the experience is to meet kind and good-hearted people. On the other hand, the accommodation is perfect! Several spots that are a must-see if you visit Chania are only a few meters walking distance away. On the other hand, the place is very cozy and warm. Giorgos was great, welcoming, showed us around the apartment ensuring we knew where everything was. This is the best place I have stayed in, had my own swimming pool and the main one was absolutely great as well. 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Easy to get around. Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard, breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your room at what time suits you. The best part was that I didn't have to ask for anything as it was perfect and had no issues. loved the whole complex and setting, nice and pieceful, spent a week with my wife and son which was lovely and stress free 😀. Thank you Giorgos for providing such a lovely setting, we all loved it ❤️

Very friendly staff. Everything as expected. We had a nice clean room with view to the mountains. We could book an additional breakfast for just 4€ per person. Of course for the price payed you can’t expect luxury. But all in all it was very decent, everything was really worth the price.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire aux petits soins. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable, avec une vue magnifique. L’emplacement est relativement bon, proche de tout en voiture - nous n’étions pas motorisés mais aucun souci pour cela, 10 minutes à pied et le bus nous emmenait partout, nous avons pu voir tout ce que nous souhaitions visiter. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Nice room with everything you need. The bed was very hard, I made it softer with the 2 duvet that are in re cupboard next to the bed. Close to the busstop (really cheap) and the "strip"😉 you are just about in-between. Loved my stay

Pantelis ist sehr hilfsbereit, ausgesprochen höflich, hält sich immer im Hintergrund, reagiert aber blitzschnell am Handy, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Er kümmert sich auch auf Wunsch um einen Taxitransfer (hat super geklappt), Wasser und Obst bei der Ankunft, gibt Hilfestellung beim Mietwagen, verleiht seinen Sonnenschirm usw. Pantelis ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber, und ich kann seine Unterkunft, die sehr sauber und charmant ist, nur weiterempfehlen. Für mich war es die allererste Airbnb Erfahrung überhaupt und so positiv, dass ich an diesen besonderen Ort bestimmt zurück komme. Efkaristo poli Pantelis!
