Thanks for having us! We had a great time at your place. We were welcomed with some local specialties of their own production and with a big bowl of fresh fruits. This was a very kind gesture and immediately made us feel welcome. The beaches (3 of them) were all on a 5 minute walk. Restaurant and shops were very close too. The busstop to Chania city centre was at a 5 minute walk and the drive there was very fast. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We had a small leak under the sink and upon informing them, they immediately sent somebody to repair it and within an hour it was completely replaced and working again. After halfway through our stay, we received fresh sheets without having to ask for it. Thanks again for having us, if we come back to Crete we will definitely book this place again!

This is really a gorgeous apartment. Recently built, very high quality construction, beautiful contemporary style and detailing, nicely furnished and decorated. Location is right on the sea wall (I think our balcony was about 20 feet horizontally and 20' vertically from ocean water!). Stephani met us upon arrival and got us settled in. She also was great with advice on nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our time there.

Eftihios’s BNB was a great part of our stay in Chania. Very clean, and the host was very helpful to us. This place was a great location that had easy access to the city, but gets you just outside of the hustle and bustle. Balcony was a great place to ever look the city with a coffee, would stay here if we are back in Chania

Από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, χάρη στους άνετους χώρους, τα εξαιρετικά στρώματα στα κρεβάτια και την πλήρη εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η προσοχή σας στη λεπτομέρεια και η φροντίδα που δείχνετε για τους επισκέπτες σας, έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Ήταν πραγματικά μια μοναδική εμπειρία και ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο μέλλον!

Wir haben eine schöne kleine Unterkunft abseits der Touristenhotspots gesucht und bei Yannis, Kostas & Maria genau das richtige gefunden!! Eine super liebe und hilfsbereite Familie, die auch die Taverne direkt bei der Unterkunft toll bewirten. Wir waren 10 Nächte dort und haben die ruhige ländliche Umgebung und die angenehme Einrichtung und Raumtemperierung sehr genossen. Durch die kurvigen Bergstraßen ist man mit einem Mietwagen auch sehr gut mit der Nordküste und dem Dikti Gebirge verbunden. An die Südküste dauert es natürlich etwas länger, lohnt sich aber auch auf jeden Fall!

Die kleine Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und frisch modernisiert. Liegt ruhig, ländlich mit Blick in die Natur. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch das hübsche Nachbardorf Mochos hat selbst weit auβerhalb der Saison noch einige schöne Tavernen offen. Die Taverne im Haus hat am Wochenende auf. Maria und Kostas sind wirklich die freundlichsten und zugewandtesren Gastgeber überhaupt: wasser, Saft, Wein, Raki, Obst und Kuchen zur Begrüβung und weil ich spät abends bei der Ankunft noch hungrig war hat Maria sogar noch ein wunderbares Abendessen gezaubert. Ich komme gerne wieder, dann aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Everything was great except I know people mentioned in the pasted the shower is so tiny. There's a high bathtub that you need to climb into. Just a suggestion maybe it should be made into a stand in shower. But the apartment was great to stay in and all is within walking distance. Super safe to walk to for late dinner and drinks. Sofia was very accommodating. Thank you! We had a great time in Chania. Would totally recommend it!

Cristina est une hôte remarquable : aimable, attentionnée, répond rapidement à toutes vos interrogations. Quant à l'appartement, il est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien. Il est au calme car excentré du centre ville. On peut se garer très facilement à proximité immédiate (- de 20m). Il y a toujours des places. Il faut une dizaine de minutes de marche pour rejoindre le lac d'Agios Nikolaos. Peut-être 5mn de marche pour rejoindre le centre ville. Cet appartement est donc très très bien situé ! Serviettes changées tous les 3 jours et cadeaux/rafraîchissement de bienvenue et de départ. Christina est adorable ! Bref, n'hésitez pas à y séjourner, vous ne serez pas déçu ! Si nous revenons à Agios Nikolaos, nous reviendrons chez Cristina :-)

Me and my friends had the best time The villa was spacious, super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the garden was lovely and the pool was perfect. The location is not very central and it worked great for us - it was quiet and we had the sense of privacy, yet it was a walking distance from really great restaurants, some beaches, supermarkets and local shops We even discovered a bus stop right outside the villa - It took us about 30 min to get to Chania city center on one direction, and about 15 min to get to Kolymbari on the other direction The hosts were really friendly and informative, responded right away to every question we had and gave us some good recommendations One small issue we had - sometimes the hot water would run out for the last people who took showers (we were 8 people) But all in all a it was a great accommodation and we had a wonderful time staying there

Great place to stay in Crete for a peaceful and private getaway near beautiful beaches. The villa is luxurious and the view is amazing. Stella is a great host. Easy to communicate with. Clear instructions and good recommendations. We had a great holiday here and would love to come back one day and explore further.

What an incredible house in Chania, Crete. It exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well by our wonderful host, Georgia. The location of the house was ideal, easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants a short walk away. The interior of the house was air-conditioned and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The pool was the perfect temperature, a haven from the Cretan sun. Georgia provided us the best places to visit, eat and put us in touch with Captain Vasilis to arrange a private and affordable boat tour, taking us to secluded beaches only accessible by boat with lunch at a remote restaurant that served delicious food. Georgia went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time, and even came to see us off when we left. If you're looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and warm hospitality, look no further than this incredible house in Chania. We can't wait to come back! A big thank you to Georgia x

We had a great stay Everything was as described They were great hosts the villa was modern, clean and everything was there we needed. A toaster and microwave could be added to the kitchen, but tk he honest what made our stay was ‘ rocky’ We miss him We loved him and the host was so wonderful like ‘ Rocky’ Thank you for having us stay and highly recommended and appreciate all you did for us X X

Marina is een hele fijne host. Ze reageert steeds snel en helpt waar ze kan. Ze doet haar best om het gasten naar de zin te maken. Het appartement is schoon en netjes. Helaas is in de keuken maar 1 pan en verder geen inventaris om zelf iets te bereiden. De ligging van het appartement is heel fijn, vlakbij zee en vlakbij winkeltjes en restaurantjes. We hebben genoten!

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The accommodation is as good as it is described and offers excellent facilities. The car parking that comes with the accommodation gave us peace of mind and the sauna works very well. Best of all, the hosts were very responsive and provided us with breakfast essentials that were very useful. We highly recommend this accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for an entire month, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my time here. The location is absolutely fantastic - not far from both the sea and the city center, which made my stay in Chania truly memorable. Host was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Throughout my stay, they went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. From providing local insights to promptly addressing any questions or requests I had, their hospitality truly made this stay exceptional.

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

De host zijn super aardig, reageren altijd op app en vragen of alles goed gaat (Ze had zelfs brownies gebakken voor ons). Daarnaast is het appartement vrij ruim en heeft elke kamer airco. De balkons zijn ontzettend fijn om de dag op de beginnen met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook de badkamer is super, met een regendouche en zelfs nog een wasmachine. Daarnaast was alles schoon en goed geregeld.

We loved our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, great location too. 100% recommend!
