Logement spacieux très agréable avec vue sur mer, 3 terrasses. Dans un quartier très fréquenté, quoique un peu bruyant dû à une route très passagère devant. A proximité du centre à pied, des restaurants. Idéal Patras et ses alentours (Olympie, Delphes). Merci à Viviana pour les boissons et les produits locaux (gâteaux).

We loved every minute of our stay in Lemon Garden. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, in a walking distance both to the seaside and the center. The access to the apartment is via a lockbox, which is very easy. The apartment is on the ground floor, tou don't have to climb the stairs and it has a beautiful lemon garden on the back with a swing chair, table and chairs. The apartment itself is spotless clean and new with enough utensils both in the kitchen and the bathroom. It is heated by AC in every room. They are working very well to heat the whole place. I recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to stay comfortable in Kalamata. And thank you Ilias for the good hospitality and prompt answers whenever we have a question.

Ηταν όλα άψογα και το σπίτι και ο Χάρης ! Ωραία διακόσμηση,που σε χαλάρωνε,επικοινωνιακός αλλά και διακριτικός οικοδεσπότης που σ έκανε να νιώθεις σα στο σπίτι σου. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα!

Jason ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat alles super erklärt und stand immer für sehr hilfreiche Tipps zur Verfügung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vorallem der warme Pool.... vielen Dank für alles.

We booked this for my son who spent six weeks there whilst he waa diving.. The studio was perfect for his needs and the hosts were very helpful. It was regularly cleaned and had air conditioning along with basic cooking facilities. It was also in a quiet location but just a few minutes walk to the main street of Skala.

We arrived within around 50 mins from the airport and drove straight to the apartment. We were then greeted by Marie ,Gerasimos ‘s mom . She was so lovely and relaxed and showed us round the apartment. There was everything you needed a fridge and pantry full of goodies . The list is too long to mention . Just wonderful that is a first for us never had hospitality like that ever . And myself and family have rented holiday accommodation for years on numerous platforms. Half way through our vacation Marie brought us 4 fresh sea bream caught that from her husband . All cleaned and gutted ,with herbs chilli’s and peppers absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond thank you for your hospitality it is amazing . The apartment is how you see it so comfortable in every way, perfect. The views are just a dream and the location is perfect. You can walk in to town and taxi back if you’re worried about the road. We had car so very helpful to. I would stop there again in a heartbeat perfect thank you 

Συγχαρητήρια!!!Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και όμορφα!! Η κ.Sarah ήταν υπέροχη και πολύ φιλική και κοινωνική!! Μας βοήθησε σε όλα και το σπίτι ήταν καταπληκτικό σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι!!Θα σας επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα πάλι στο άμεσο μέλλον!!

Πραγματικά τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα για να δηλώσω τον ενθουσιασμό μου και την ευγνωμοσύνη μου! Το σπίτι ητανυπέροχο!!Ένας πεντάκαθαρος και πολύ ζεστός χώρος με όλες τις ανέσεις σε μια ιδανική περιοχή που όλα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια και το κέντρο των Τρικάλων ένα 4λεπτο απόσταση!!!Η Λίλιαν μιλάω στον ενικό γιατί από την πρώτη στιγμή σε κάνει να νιώθεις τόσο οικεία μαζί της σαν να την γνωρίζεις χρόνια...όταν φτάσαμε μας περίμενε κάτω από το σπίτι και μας καλοσορισε με το υπέροχο χαμόγελο της....μας ανέβασε στο διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά για το σπίτι και την πόλη!!!!μας έστελνε συνέχεια μηνύματα αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι!!!Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!θα περάσετε υπεροχα!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία Λιλιαν

Ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά!! Δίπλα στο κέντρο και όσα χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης!! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και συνεννοήσιμη και με κατανόηση!!! Περάσαμε ένα όμορφο τριήμερο στη Λάρισα και απολαύσαμε το διαμέρισμα σαν το σπίτι μας!!!

It was a lovely stay with an excellent host. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week away. Being in the heart of Patras meant that we could get everywhere by foot after parking the car somewhere close by (thank you for helping sort this!!). Amalia was fantastic in staying in touch and with advice - everything you want from a host. A very special stay for many reasons and thank you for being part of that. I would certainly recommend.

Εξαιρετική η διαμονή! Το κατάλυμα ήταν αψεγάδιαστο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και κάλυπτε κάθε ανάγκη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και τακτοποιημένος, καλαίσθητος με πανέμορφη διακόσμηση. Ακόμα καλύτερη από τον ίδιο το χώρο όμως ήταν η φιλοξενία από την οικοδέσποινα! Υπέροχος χαρακτήρας, απίστευτα εξυπηρετική και βοηθητική με όλα, επικοινωνιακή και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Νιώσαμε πραγματικά ζεστασιά από την φιλοξενία της και την ευχαριστούμε μέσα από την καρδιά μας που έκανε τόσο υπέροχη τη διαμονή μας! Ελπίζουμε να τα ξαναπούμε!

l'alloggio era perfetto e molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le parti più interessanti della Grecia classica grazie alla posizione centrale vicino a Corinto. nella zona ci sono ottime taverne per mangiare e collegamenti facili con tutte le autostrade. la pulizia dell' alloggio era impeccabile così come i servizi. Mario è stato disponibilissimo fin dall'inizio per ogni nostra richiesta dalla prenotazione fino al check out :) consigliamo vivamente questo posto tranquillo.

Πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, η γειτονιά ήσυχη και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ο χώρος έξω από το διαμέρισμα πολύ φροντισμένος και όμορφος και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να λύσει όλες τις απορίες μας σχετικά με την πόλη και τα αξιοθέατα.

Simple, pleasant and quiet, lovely views and an authentic environment!

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Theos Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war bestens ausgestattet und wirklich absolut sauber, was wir mit Baby sehr geschätzt haben. Theo und seine Familie haben alles getan, um uns den Urlaub zu verschönern. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt, vor allem die traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Fußläufig 10min von einem der schönsten Strände Korfus und zahlreichen Restaurants entfernt. Die Auffahrt war zwar stell, aber selbst mit einem schlecht motorisierten und von bepackten Kleinwagen kein Problem.

We had a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend!

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή, εξερετικα ευγενικός ο Κύριος Γιάννης με πολλές γνωριμίες και γνώσεις για το μέρος και τις δραστηριότητες που μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει, ο Κυρ. Γιάννης πρόθυμος και μας έκλεισε ότι θέλαμε να κάνουμε. Ήταν ένα πάρα πολύ ωραίο και ξέγνοιαστο 3ήμερο. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε πάλι !

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit chez Takis et Katerina. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par ce couple d’une grande gentillesse. C’est comme revenir chez ses parents ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν κοντά στην πόλη, στο κέντρο του νησιού με πάρκινγκ .Ο Δημήτρης, η Ρούλα και η Χριστίνα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενοι , πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί - σε κάνουν να νοιωθεις πολύ οικεία και όλο το εξωτερικό και εσωτερικό περιβάλλον του σπιτιού σε προσελκύει αμέσως. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη σας φιλοξενία !!

We stayed at Watchtower house several weeks this fall and enjoyed it very much. Hosts are exceptional. Dimitri and his wife were there every morning around 8 to see to the grounds and pool. They didn't come inside or disturb us but I usually came out for a visit. He offered help re restaurants etc. The house and especially the grounds exceeded our expectations. Especially the outdoor kitchen/grilling/dining area. We usually had 6 in the house which is comfortable. 8 would be fine also. There are 4 very similar bedrooms with baths. Corfu is very interesting with much to do. But I would suggest scheduling in advance as many activities were full when we arrived. Also the tourist season begins to wind down at the end of October although weather was still beautiful. Restaurants close along with other activities. Walking in this area not very advisable due to traffic and narrow roads. Car is advisable

Soggiorno molto piacevole in un appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario. Host super carina e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e consiglio! Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto anche trovare un cestino con tante prelibatezze locali !! Ci torneremo sicuramente ;))
