Nikos is a great host, easy to talk to and always willing to help. The villas are great, very clean and the terraces have breath taking views towards the sea. Easy acces to main road where you can find tavernas and shops!

Très belle situation géographique, le cadre est magnifique, accueillant et très propre. Nous me conseillons vivement à qui veut passer un bon moment non loin du port, de la mer et des très bons resto. Merci à Marianna et Christina.

Δεν είχα την τιμή να γνωρίσω από κοντά τον κύριο Αντώνη. μας υποδέχτηκε ο μπαμπάς του ο κύριος Σπύρος. ένας καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης,. ο οποίος έχει ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια σε ένα καταπληκτικό σημείο στην σκάλα Κεφαλονιάς. το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ακριβώς όπως το δείχνει στις φωτογραφίες, με μία υπέροχη θέα προς τη θάλασσα!!!! Η θάλασσα είναι πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια 5 λεπτά. ο κύριος Σπύρος μας έδωσε οδηγίες για την περιοχή η οποία είναι φανταστική!!!!! με υπέροχα μαγαζιά!!!!!! ευχαριστώ πολύ τον κύριο Αντώνη παρόλο που δεν τον γνώρισα Καθώς επίσης και τον μπαμπά του που ήταν ένας ευγενικός και πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης!! συστήνω αυτά τα υπέροχα διαμερίσματα, προς όλους. Το σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξανάρθουμε και εμείς και πολλοί φίλοι μας. σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι! Με εκτίμηση Σούλα!!!!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ivana und Dionisis in Makris Gialos auf Zakynthos war einfach nur toll! Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel und sauber. Bei unserem 11-tägigen Aufenthalt wurden die Handtücher dreimal, die Bettwäsche einmal gewechselt und die gesamte Wohnung gereinigt. Besser geht’s nicht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das türkisblaue Meer ist atemberaubend. Ivana und Dionisis sind großartige Gastgeber, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit wertvollen Insidertipps zur Stelle. Die Lage des Apartments ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einem kleinen Strand entfernt. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist bestens gesorgt. Im hauseigenen Restaurant „To Petrino“ nebenan kann man die sehr gute griechische Küche genießen. Ivana und Dionisis, nochmal vielen Dank für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt.

La anfitriona super detallista, llegamos a una hora muy tarde y nos tenía un buen recibimiento de bienvenida, lo agradecimos muchísimo porque llegamos hambrientos, un detalle de su parte. A media semana también nos sorprendió con otro detalle. La casa, todo muy bien, la ubicación inmejorable. Sólo destacaría a mejorar algo de menaje para poder cocinar, no había papel de cocina o una bayeta para poder limpiar fácilmente lo que manches...pero sin más. Un saludo.

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα της κας Ιωάννας είναι σκέτη απόλαυση! σπίτι φροντισμένο κι όμορφα διακοσμημενο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Επιπλέον διαθέτει μεγάλη και περιποιημένη αυλή. Αυτό όμως που ξεχωρίζει είναι η ίδια η κα Ιωάννα, μια γυναίκα πολύ ευγενική, φιλόξενη, προσηνής κι εξυπηρετική. Έχει φροντίσει να υπάρχουν στο σπίτι τρόφιμα, ποτά και φρούτα που όσα και να καταναλώσεις απλά δεν τελειώνουν!!! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Luxery Appartement trifft hier voll und ganz zu. Qualitative Ausstattung, helle Räume, blitzblank gesäubert, herzlicher Empfang, gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders erwähnenswert fand ich, dass im Kühlschrank neben den üblichen Wasserflaschen auch Lebensmittel, frisches Obst etc vorzufinden waren... dies habe ich in dieser Fülle noch nie erlebt. Es zeigt, dass man sich Gedanken macht und der Gast erstmal in aller Ruhe ankommen darf, um dann bei einer Tasse Kaffee, kleiner Brotzeit auf dem Balkon sitzend die Ruhe genießen kann... bevor es heißt einkaufen zu gehen. Ich werde sicherlich wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft an ausgewählte Personen empfehlen. Ich wünsche den Gastgebern nur Gäste, welche die erhaltene Wertschätzung auch zurückgeben und diese Unterkunft noch lange sooo schön bleibt.

Nikolaus' place is absolutely beautiful, stunning, modern and brand new. The apartment was extremely spacious, very well located with 5 minutes walk to Ancient Olympia archaeological site. It had all the amenities we could wish for. Nikolaus is an amazing host.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben und den Fotos. Mirka ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, war für unsere Zwecke aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. Einzig die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Agia Effimia war ein perfekter Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden.

El lugar Es precioso el alojamiento súper limpio y tiene todas las comodidades como si estuvieras en casa,el desayuno que brinda el anfitrión es delicioso. el y su familia es súper amable y amigable, Gracias por las naranjas están muy deliciosas!!!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful two week stay at Villa Kapella and loved every minute. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved mornings and evenings on the balcony, looking over the mountains. The apartment is cleaned regularly and fresh towels provided. Both Annamie and Sofia were incredibly helpful at all times and provided lots of ideas about the best beaches, sights and restaurants. They arranged trips and transfers and were also happy to help with any questions - we could not have asked for more. Hiring a car with them was easy too and we recommend having a car for trips further afield. We used the bus to Corfu Town and to Glyfada beach - it was cheap and easy to do this. We loved eating at Spyros 97 in Vatos and used the local shop regularly (both walking distance). Thank you to Annamie and Sofia for such a special stay - we hope to return one day!

Harrys et Sissy ont été à l’écoute tout au long du séjour ! de l’accueil, les explications, à la communication, à la réactivité, à la procédure de départ… tout était parfait ! logement propre, très bien équipé, une vue imprenable sur la méditerranée 😍 la situation du logement est parfaite… enfin on pourrait en dire tant de belles choses !! merci infiniment pour tout 😎
