Konstantinos was an amazing host—kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond. The house was wonderful, warm, and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with breathtaking views. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend it!

We were 7 grownups and stayed for one night to celebrate a holiday dinner. we cooked everything in Aris's kitchen which was fully equipped with pans, puts, serving dishes, cutting boards etc. we enjoyed our stay very much. Aris has an amazing property, the trees and plants around the house create a very nice atmosphere :) there are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of them have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds, one of us slept in the living room on the couch which was ok for us. Aris was lovely, friendly and helped us with some olive oil from his own trees when we ran out. Thank you Aris, hope to see you again.

Nous avons été reçues par le mari de konstantina, Steve qui a été très gentil de nous accueillir malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Le logement était très bien aménagé, la literie confortable. Malgré son absence, konstantina était très réactive par message et Steve était présent pour nous conseiller. Il nous a offert de très bons fruits et une confiserie de l île de Chios. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce logement et des ces deux hôtes adorables. Si nous revenons à Athènes sûrement que nous reviendrons chez konstantina et Steve ! Je recommande a 100% !

Georgia’s warm smile welcomed us to her spotless, spacious apartment in Kirra, just a few steps from the sea. Her hospitality, handy tips, and genuine care made us feel at home. One night, we sat by the lovely fireplace, lost in conversation as its glow warmed us, a memory we’ll cherish. The jetspray in the bathroom was a treat for us, and the air heater kept us cozy. Just a block from the beach, near Itea’s cafés and a 20-minute drive to Delphi, the location was perfect. Georgia’s love shone in every detail cozy kitchen, comfy beds, and a backyard for teatime. It was more than a stay; it was a heartfelt escape. Highly recommend this gem! Thank you, Georgia. We’ll be back. The grocery store is just about a 50 steps away. Its a lovely place surround by amazing cafes like Miami Lounge Bar, Tramontana, Flame etc for beautiful evenings.

Αν θέλετε ήρεμες και βολικές διακοπές προτιμηστε το! Έχουμε σκύλο μπόξερ οπότε το να μπορούμε να πάμε οπότε θέλουμε στη θάλασσα με το σκύλο μας για μας ήταν ανεκτίμητο! Ο κος Βαγγέλης πρόθυμος σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε. Η παραλία μπροστά είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, κατεβαίνεις τα σκαλιά και βουτάς! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της κυρίας Ζωής ήταν σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η κυρία Ζωή και ο σύζυγός της ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Εμείς θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

The accommodation was good, nice little area, with many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and bars. Very easy to get to Athens centre on the metro, we also walked one day it took us about an hour.

Very nice and modern apartment. Clean and well organised. Excellent location. Good for short and long stays. Had few minor issues but were well attended.

Eleftherios place is clean, well located, cosy with all the amenities you need for your trip. Eleftherio is really kind man that will take time to explain you where to go and visit. We follow his recommendations and all were great. Definitely will stay here again and would recommend his place to anyone that will come to explore Athens.

We stayed at the place for 3 days and it was from the beginning a great experience. The neighbourhood was very central with couple of coffee & restaurant places. The place was as described, comfy, clean and equipped with everything needed & more. The hostess was proactive, friendly and all the instructions were clear from the beginning. Highly recommended if you are searching for an easy & worth stay in that area :)

I had a wonderful 2-week stay at Kyriakos’ place. It is modern and well equipped with all the amenities you may need even for longer stays. The host was very helpful and responsive both leading up to and throughout my stay. Located more or less in the center of Athens. Several supermarkets and all kinds of services nearby, including public transport - both bus and metro. The designated free parking spot under the building is a huge bonus if traveling by car, as street parking in the area can get very tricky. The spot is also quite spacious and easy to get into - a pleasant surprise after navigating the narrow streets. Overall, I found it a great place, and will definitely consider staying again when I am back in the area!

Die Wohnung in Pefkochori ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unserem Kind, konnten alles wichtige zu Fuß erledigen und haben unglaublich viele Tipps und Infos bekommen! Es war alles sauber und wir können uns nicht beklagen!

María is a great host. Very kind and accommodating. She was very helpful upon check in and at check out. Her place is clean, quiet and has everything you need. The view of Acropolis from her place is amazing. Would highly recommend Maria’s place.

I am from New York but my parents are from Athens. I feel I’m therefore in a unique position to declare that if a traveler wants to experience the REAL, genuine, warm, friendly, safe, and HOSPITABLE city, then staying at this clean and convenient apartment is a great place to start. Panormou is not a famous neighborhood among tourists interested in “seeing the sights” before “island hopping,” but it is a GEM of a neighborhood. If you get off the metro, shop at sklavenitis, have coffee at veneti, buy a souvlaki at panormou geuseis, and visit the laiki/farmers market outside your window on Saturday then you can go back home and say “I went to the real Athens and the real Athens is amazing.” Do it! This place is charming, old-school, cozy, flawless. And most impotently uncorrupted by gentrification and over tourism.

Rouli was very kind and welcomed me into their home. Everything was clean and felt like an authentic Athenian apartment. Washer works well, good lighting and decoration and well stocked kitchen. Loved my very brief stay here and great value!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά με πολύ εύκολη συγκοινωνία.Η Μαγδα ηταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικη και εξυπηρετική και μας βοηθησε άμεσα σε καθε μας ανάγκη. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα επίσης η ιδιωτική θέση πάρκινγκ.

Michael was an excellent host! We didn't have the chance to meet him but he was so helpful in inviting us into his space. It was clean and perfect for our few days in Athens. It's well designed and has everything you'd need. He gave us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Good food and restaurants are only steps away from his home. Highly recommend and will definitely stay when I return.

Beautiful apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling on my own for the first time to an unknown country, I was nervous as my flight landed around 1.30am but as soon as I landed, the host (Zeta) instantly replied me & reassured me. She was waiting for me in the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for a couple or whole family. It has all the amenities necessary, fully functional kitchen, washing machine & lovely large balcony area with outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants & cafe within walking distance. Ideal location for the Hygeia Hospital & beautiful town Chalandri is within 10mins of walking. Aga Paraskevi metro is about 12mins walk & it takes only about 30mins to the airport. Zeta replies to all your questions promptly & she is very friendly. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.
