Dededo : locations de vacances

It was truly the best accommodation! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for seven of us to stay. Not only was the sea right in front, but the sunset was also breathtaking. If I ever visit Guam again, I would definitely want to stay here again!

Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

It was very nice and spacious. Loved the house and how clean it was. Provided everything we needed. It was a good spot because you can walk to many places. The only thing is it gets loud on Friday nights because of the club. But overall it was good.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

部屋が綺麗でとても良かったです 1点挙げるとすると一階のトイレのコンセントが夜になるとパチンパチンと音が鳴ってうるさかったです 不満はそれぐらいで快適でした

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

Had a great stay at Nicoles place. When we arrived the hot water heater was not working properly. Nicole had it replaced and we had had water in 2 hours!! Very responsive and great location.

The house is located directly across the street from the ocean. It’s an incredible view. My son and I weren’t in Guam long enough to use the paddle boards, but they are available if people want to use them. Captain Ro and her property manager were very accessible and kind. If I ever go back to Guam, I would absolutely stay here again.

가족여행 또는 대가족 여행으로 강추입니다. 👍🏻 주방이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 식사 해결이 편했습니다. 특히 한국과 똑같은 전기밥솥이 있어서 어르신들 식사가 정말 좋았습니다. 세탁기, 건조기가 있어서 매일 옷을 세탁할 수 있는 점도 가족 여행에서 큰 장점이었습니다. 집에 대한 설명도 자세하고 호스트님께 연락드리면 자세히 설명을 해주셔서 의사소통도 잘 되었습니다. 숙소에 있는 수영장은 아이가 바다보다도 좋아했습니다. 주차도 집 앞 바로 지정 주차가 가능해서 주차자리를 찾는 스트레스가 전혀 없습니다. 화장실은 수압도 쎄고 따뜻한 물도 아주 잘 나와서 대가족 모두 비슷한 시간에 온수를 이용해도 끄떡 없었습니다. 장점만 가득한 곳이라 가족들 모두 만족했고 다음 괌 여행에서도 또 방문하고 싶습니다! 😊
