We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

I will be sure to book again when I come to visit my family! Centrally located near the highway and downtown area- close enough to Boston. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great house for kids. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Thank you!

Barry’s house was a clean, comfortable, well-appointed small suburban home. Perfect for our visit to Massachusetts for a family birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as pictured and all of the beds and bathrooms were clean. There is another unit in the basement, but you can only hear the people down there if you are standing right next to the locked door between the spaces. We recommend Regina’s place and would stay there again!

We had a wonder stay at the cottage. It was beautiful and peaceful . Sarah was extremely accommodating to my husbands particular needs which delayed our checkout a bit. The cottage was sparkling clean and the hot tub was an added Easter egg!

WOW! What a great home! Incredible view! And Excellent host! Staying here was peaceful and put us in a refreshed mindset. You wake up to the water view, then you walk downstairs you get to enjoy the water view, and in the evening you enjoy the sunsets off the water. Our family of 4 with 2 kids(9 & 10) stayed at Khanh's home and the experience is exactly what we all want in an Airbnb! We woke well rested, the beds were comfortable, and we had extra bedding for the colder nights. Khanh is in the top tier category of excellent hosting and customer service. Quick to respond, made sure we had everything we needed, provided guidance to local area, and provided many amenities to make the experience above 5-star. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is new, clean, fresh, and the home has plenty of extra kitchen and bath supplies. Easy access to the home and it's well lit in a quiet neighborhood. The massage chair is a major bonus! Highly recommend this home and will stay again!!

Absolutely loved my stay there! From the moment I arrived, the space was spotless and had such a calm, peaceful vibe—exactly what I needed. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. Our host, Joe, was incredibly communicative, always responsive to any questions or needs, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and create a wonderful experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable retreat with a host who goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again!

Mary was super communicative throughout our entire five night stay! She even stopped by our door to make sure everything was okay! When we needed more coffee, she immediately brought a new bag of high quality coffee to our door. When we asked for help with the thermostat, she emailed detailed directions, and from then on we had no problem setting the temperature where we wanted it. We experienced true January weather - bitter cold and very windy - yet the apartment was comfortable, warm and cozy! Despite the winter weather, a couple times we even got in a bit of exercise as there is a small park with walking paths, pond, and play area about a five minute walk from the Airbnb! The apartment was extremely quiet and a perfect location for us as we traveled from PA to spend a belated Christmas holiday with our son and his family who lived five minutes away. Apartment was exactly as described by others. Parking was a breeze, clear instructions (including photos to help guide you to the exact location for parking). The parking spot is very close to the entrance. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a take-away meal. Quiet neighborhood. We'll stay here again.

This place was very convenient. I enjoyed; the excellent handicapped bath and the great sleeping arrangements. There was an outdoor area which we used and the great exercise opportunities walking in the neighborhood. All in all, a very nice and comfy location.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Host made check in easy and the home was clean and welcoming. Location is perfect walking distance to Essex st.

I've stayed at Mary and Frank's place twice already and just booked my third stay. I love staying here when I'm in Boston. Some highlights are 1) the fully stocked kitchen -- I like to cook when I travel and find everything I need. The dining table and chairs are so comfortable (seats 4) and I just love the morning light! Honestly, I think the place is even prettier than the photos show. 2) The beautiful living spaces face out onto woods--from the many windows in the kitchen and also the french doors in the living room, all you see is nature. Just lovely, very peaceful. 3) The fireplace! Being from a warmer part of the world, I just love the gas fireplace, which I can turn on or off without a worry. It's lovely to set my mug on the stone hearth to warm up as I prepare my morning coffee, and I just love spending time cozying there with a book at night. 4) Convenience and quiet all in one: the house is near a main highway connecting to Boston, but the neighborhood is very quiet!

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

Fantastic experience! Beds were very comfortable and clean! This was a bit more than a competitive listing but well worth it! As soon as we saw the photos and read the amenities! Felt warm and inviting with anything you could want. Full kitchen. W&D & fireplace (didn't use) We especially loved the seating and island counter and table for our laptops. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Serene feel. The host was gracious, kind and friendly! We felt at home. Thank you!
