Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

Location is a short walk to the Payday lift and PC base, which was great because we came to ski. Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and as pictured. Mel was super responsive and I would happily stay here again.

This place was perfect for a quick ski trip with friends. It was very convenient to get to both Park City and Deer Valley because the shuttle stops and Main St were just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the short walk is up and down a steep hill. It’s totally do-able and not a very long hill, it’s just quite steep. The open floor plan was very nice to relax in after a full day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

Julia’s place is a must-stay if you’re coming to Park City. It’s spacious, comfortable, and even better than advertised. The shared amenities are a nice touch, like the hot tub right near the unit. We had our toddler with us and she had a pack and play and kids’ dishes we used. It’s centrally located, too! Julia was also super communicative and answered our questions very quickly. I’d highly recommend her place to anyone!

had a great week at John’s… the place was clean upon arrival and it was easy to settle in. The amenities helped make it an enjoyable stay. Would say it looks nicer than the photos online. We would stay here again as great for large groups, many beds.

The condo was just perfect for our recent visit. Kimball Junction is a great location to visit multiple a ski resorts. It's really nice to be right next to the nature preserve and also be able to walk to get coffee, groceries, and visit nice restaurants. All of the small touches that Chris provided were greatly appreciated.

Amazing place for going skiing/snowboarding in the Cottonwood canyons! Right next to the opening to BCC and the park and ride so it’s super convenient for going to Brighton and Solitude. The place itself was clean, roomy, and perfect for our group of 5. The place was well stocked and had food goodies for us on arrival! Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and responsive before and throughout our stay. Hot tub was perfect after the long days on the mountain. Overall the place was perfect and we are already talking about coming back!

This condo was perfectly located . extremely comfortable and has everything you need. With the shuttle service and the hot tub no need to stay anywhere else. I will stay here again.

Our bachelorette group really loved this home! It was super clean and spacious for our group. Easy to get to Main Street in Park City and other attractions. Host was responsive and checked in on us as well!

The place was in an excellent location for a ski trip. 3-5 minute walk to the cabriolet chair. Spacious and clean. Had some issues with the HVAC system and 2 of the bedrooms were very hot. Had to open the windows to get temperature down as the furnace would not shut off. Ty called HVAc company and they came to troubleshoot, but was not fixed when we left. Ty was very responsive and let us check in early and check out late. Would stay here again for sure.

Scott was an amazing host and very responsive. He was flexible for both check in and check out which was much appreciated since we were flying in from far away. The place was amazing! All the bedrooms were cozy and the sauna was an added bonus. This location is a few minutes from the park and ride stop to Park City and only 10min car ride from Park City itself. Overall, the place can’t be beat for that price. I would highly recommend and would consider staying here again if I come to visit Park City again

We rented for skiing. Priorities 1) proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton. 2) Clean accommodations. 3) garage to park car in case of weather and ease of packing/unpacking. 4) hot shower. 5) quiet place to sleep. 6) no dramas. Tyler's place ticked all of the boxes at a great price. Would stay again. Enjoy.

Excellent location to downtown park city and the park city mountain. everything we needed within 15 minute drive

This property was absolutely amazing and perfect for our group of 15 across the two rentals. We had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and property manager, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was ideal—right between the main entrance slope and downtown, making everything easily accessible. The rooms and bathrooms were all great, and the kitchen was fantastic! It had everything we needed, with just the right amount of supplies—something I always appreciate when renting a home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends! We rented both units in this house.

This was our first snowboarding trip to SLC and we chose Shelly's place based on loose logistical info we gathered from google maps. It turned out to be a good location with close proximity to both Canyon roads and a Whole Foods just down the street. The condo was spacious and the garage was nice for storing equipment. Our "mid size" SUV rental also fit in the garage and the driveway was shoveled after a light snow. Shelly was quick to respond and provided great communication. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at Michael's place was awesome! The location was perfect for a commute to Salt Lake, while being able to enjoy the mountains after work. The house was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive to minor questions. Would stay again

Amazing home. Highly recommend. The three bedrooms with the ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our family. Bedrooms hugely comfortable with lovely mattresses and linens. Bathrooms have plush towels and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and living/dining area is hugely comfortable with updated furniture and design. Overall this is probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in and the skiing was terrific while visiting Park City. The location is accessible to all the ski resorts (plus Snowbird / Alta). A wonderful family vacation. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!!! Very clean and great location. Communication was prompt. 10minutes to Whole Foods, ski rental, food establishments. 20min to Park City. I loved watching the skiers at Woodward Park doing their tricks. Very cool. Highly recommend!!

The property and host were amazing. Super clean, well organized and very well appointed property. You could not ask for more than they have at this property. Every supply, appliance, etc...all organized, even a coffee/hot chocolate/ Tea bar. The hosts were very responsive and the property was in great shape. We have triplets that all go to school in different parts of the U.S. They met us here over the course of 5 days for some skiing and we all had a great time and enjoyed the property immensly. We can't wait to come back and visit again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay. Well stocked condo that seemed to have everything we needed during our stay. Kay and her team were very accommodating and helpful. The condo was clean on arrival and there were plenty of linens for the whole family.

We had a quick trip through Park City but we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was awesome at your place and it was really cozy! We will definitely stay here again!

Very much enjoyed Sarah’s place. The property was well appointed and comfortable. The location was fantastic if Alta is your destination.

We really enjoyed staying at the house. it was central for everything that we wanted to do. The house was immaculate. The views were stunning. We had 10 people in the house ranging from 65 to 3 years old and everybody found their spot, we could all spread out or all get together. The kids especially enjoyed the sleds that were in the garage as it snowed while we were there. Mark was a very responsive host to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this place.
