Miles is a wonderful host and his place is a dream. The home is perfectly set up with 4 bedrooms and 4 in suite baths. He has everything you need to make yourself at home. Walking to the beach, water tax, etc.. we would definitely go back.

Steve's place is exceptional. Place is better than the pictures. My family and I enjoyed Steve's place. Very spacious, clean. We have already recommended Steve's place to a few friends. He is pleasant to communicate with, just a telephone call away if there is any problem. He checks in to make sure everything is in order. Great place Steve

We had a great weekend staying here! The hot tub and outdoor area was awesome. Perfect for watching a game or movie with a group of people! We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The neighborhood was pretty lively at night - we could hear music and loud bass until around 1 am. It didn’t bother us, but just a heads up for anyone traveling with kids who need early quiet hours.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

My wife and I stayed here for a few months while we built or new house. We experienced a few hiccups, but everything was handled quickly and with little inconvenience to us and our stay. The location is great and there is a lot to experience within walking distance, but if you want to explore more there is a free ride service which allows you to go just about everywhere in downtown Delray Beach while only having to tip the driver. I would definitely stay here again and, in fact, my wife is planning a trip back to South Florida to visit some of our friends and she plans to stay at this house during her vacation. Make sure to check out some of the local restaurants, stores, and beaches when you are there.

The place was perfect for our group of friends! There were plenty of comfy beds, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. So many cute photo spots, and the overall vibe had a fun, dopamine-filled aesthetic. We’d definitely stay again!

What a quaint little spot near downtown, without feeling like you are in downtown. Great house with a "Florida feel". Coffee in the Florida room each morning listening to the breeze, heating up the pool/jacuzzi for dips all day, and having the walkability of the Riverwalk nearby to all that downtown has to offer. We walked with the kids (9, 7, 4) to the Museum of Discovery and Science (12 minutes) and they had a blast. Later that night, just the adults walked to dinner on the river and a few bars afterwards. Something for everyone. House was clean, great light, and worked perfectly for what we needed. John was super responsive and helpful throughout, we'd definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for a few days and the place was perfect as a home base

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Manuel’s home. The views were amazing, it was quiet and private and I enjoyed every second of my trip. Coming back to such a homey place after a long day of working is always a plus, he was very communicative and responsive whenever I reached out to him. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

I honestly couldn’t wait to give Deniz 5 star review, even by the first day we were there. There was a few beach toys I asked about and 30min later she was there and dropped off a bag of toys that me and my son used the entire trip! The location was perfect, about 3 blocks from the beach. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing and I need to find out the brand of everything 🤣 boats were fun to watch drive by. Lots of items in the home such as shampoo, conditioner,body wash and many other things to use made it so easy not to bring a bunch of items! Hands down the best host I EVER had!! Thank you Deniz for making my stay amazing! You deserve super host for sure! ❤️🌴

John was the most responsive host we’ve ever had. He lives on site! We had an issue with our bed sheets, and John fixed it immediately. The place was smaller than the photos showed but we did fine. It’s a very safe area. The pool was clean and warm. Friendly people rented the rest of the apartments so we could chat while at the pool. We walked to restaurants, bars, the beach, stores, etc. You do not need a car! I highly recommend John’s place and we will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely amazing. With great views, restaurants, amenities, and lots more. We would definitely book again if we come back to Miami. I don’t have anything to say that would qualify for a lower rating other than a suggestion I may add that will clear up a lot. During the stay we had a few questions about trash, towels, toilet paper, and how to handle these different things when you need them. I would suggest a binder with questions from previous guest with the answers to each of them detailed. As well in this binder include some suggestions of restaurant recommendations and activities that are a must with the resources on how todo the activity. Some directions on how to use the washer/dryer combo as well as coffee machine. Some of these things in the room were a little unconventional for someone from Fort Worth, TX. We didn’t want to break anything so we just decided to not use those two pieces of equipment. Other than that the communication was top notch if we had a ?

Our stay was fantastic! Plenty of space, quiet backyard with great amenities. Our was comfortable and had a great time on the property. Ron & Laurie were awesome when needed during the stay- very responsive when we had questions. It was a great stay for our group of 10!

Hans' place was perfectly located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house had everything you could want and Hans was very friendly and responsive.

The hosts Tim and Alina were very easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and easy. I asked if an early check-in would be available, and they were able to accommodate. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and very clean. The private pool and enclosed outdoor area is amazing. The house looks just as good if not better than the photos, and the neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque. It's clear that the hosts put a lot of time and care into creating a great experience.

5 of us stayed at Danny’s place for a long weekend and we loved it. The backyard was just as pictured. Quick drive to get downtown. Danny was flexible with check in and check out which was great. Train tracks do run along the back of the house and trains frequently pass, however it made no difference for our stay - did not bother us at night. Will definitely look to stay again if we’re ever in the area!

The house is incredibly spacious and uncluttered, offering a serene, retreat-like atmosphere. There’s a peaceful zen space complete with a sauna, and the pool area features actual sand, enhancing the sense of an escape. The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a comfortable sitting area, a grill, and a deck with tables for dining al fresco. Inside, the beds were impeccably clean and so cozy, with pillows that were actually fluffy—something you don’t always find in Airbnbs. I highly recommend a stay here. The house is equipped with a wide range of cooking and grilling utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. All in all, we had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and looking just like the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Had such a fun stay for my bachelor party! Would recommend to anyone. The space is perfect for large groups with plenty of room for activities.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.
