Giovanni’s place is absolutely perfect!! We were right beside the ocean, the home was very clean and extra cute!! She made sure my family had everything we needed, my daughters especially loved the sand toys. We will definitely stay again!

We spent five nights here and could not have imagined a better place to destress and celebrate the turn of the year. The cottage is very cute - even better than the pictures. Kitchen is fully stocked, very spacious and easy to use. Location is fantastic- only a minute to walk to the beach and short distance to the grocery store, wine shop, and donuts:). The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend!

The unit was beautiful, and very comfortable. The attention to details made it comfortable and easy to stay there. Well worth the price.

Absolutely brilliant for the value, we couldn’t believe how nice the villa or setting was from the moment we walked in. It was extremely clean and comfortable, and the back was perfect for sitting and watching the sunset over the water. Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely stay again!

Kim and Tim are great hosts. Accommodating and helpful with suggestions for activities. The location is great for us. Nice to have bikes. The carriage house was perfect for two and very well appointed. We’ll be back

Absolutely love this rental! Its in a quiet location and a simple walk to the beach. Pictures are accurate to listing. Kitchen was super clean, infact, the oven was so spotless, it looked new. Beds were fresh. The pool is a great addition for the kids when mom and dad are needing reprieve from the sandy beach for a bit. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy to contact. No complaints! Looking forward to booking here again.

A Very nice place to stay and be close to beach, restaurants, bars, and marinas! Very friendly hosts. Our fur baby loved exploring the backyard!

Absolutely beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future. Beautiful, modern, and so clean. Beautiful beach view with all amenities close by. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Bill and Lisa were great hosts. One minor issue was corrected in minutes. When we left, they were more concerned about our safety on the road in the storms than we were.
