The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Hoylake. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very cosy. Dawn was very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. We would definitely stay there again.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

David's place is perfect! The location is unbeatable, close to great restaurants, café and pubs, a few steps to the beach and the pier, which you can see as you have your meals at the table in the living room, and you can take walks in the surrounding hills. We even went to Snowdon which is only less than an hour drive. The flat is gorgeous and has absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. And we love the little terrace at the back where we had lunch one day, and a drink a couple of days. David and Susie were always responsive, and entrance to the place with the keys accessible with a code made it all very easy. Apart from the place, we felt in love with beautiful Llandudno. I'd highly recommend the place to anyone going to North Wales. Thanks David and Susie!

Haydn was very helpful from the moment we made first contact. The property was excellent & we hope to return.

Sue communicated promptly with any queries we had and instructions on location and how to enter the property. Ample parking on arrival on the street. Lovely and sunny when we arrived and we had some nice time to relax in the garden. Llanfairfechen promenade makes for a nice stroll. Train access 5 minute walk from the property and a 30 minute drive from Snowdon. We had a great time and came away very happy.

We had a wonderful stay at The Crows Nest. The sunsets were amazing and you can watch the planes take off from nearby RAF Valley too. The place is really central to both the beach and the shops and was soooo clean and welcoming. Hosts were great just the right amount of communication and nothing felt like too much trouble. We will be back 😊

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place itself was so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained - exactly what we were looking for. Home decor was great, modern, but at the same time looked timeless. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Pebbles Bistro was a fantastic spot to eat, and we highly recommend it! Richard and Alice were incredible hosts - friendly, communicative, and always helpful. We had zero issues throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. Honestly, if you're considering booking, don't hesitate - this place is a gem! We loved every moment and can't recommend it enough! x

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

Our 4 days in Rhosneigr at Claire’s house were wonderful. The house is a loved family home that’s so comfortable to come back to after exploring the magic of Anglesey, endless walks and beaches. We LOVED lighting the wood burner each night. And being 20 steps from the ocean with the fighter jets flying around some days (always within waking hours) was thrilling. The beds are spotless and comfortable. Our two teen boys had a room each and my 6ft plus husband was glad of our king size bed. The small town is friendly and welcoming. Lovely coffee at the surf cafe! Sunset walks over the dunes cannot be surpassed. Cable Bay v close by was two of our days - awesome sunsets. Southstack lighthouse was only half hour away and Asda on the way for supplies at Holyhead. Halen Mon seaweed bath are v special. And the wonderful Oyster Catcher dune bar has a free Atari console we enjoyed. If you’re looking for sea, beaches, wildness, walks and play, AND not be bothered by crowds I can’t recommend more.

This was our second visit to Cosy Cottage and just like the first time we were very happy with everything about it. Clean and fresh, a comfy bed and a sea view, within easy walking distance of lovely little Rhos on Sea centre and friendly, helpful owners right next door if you should need them. Plus gorgeous weather all week we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Beautiful stay, recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet with wonderful views of the estuary.

We stayed at Clare’s house for my son’s 13th birthday as we was visiting zip world, it was absolutely perfect for us. We felt right at home with beautiful views. The house was perfectly equipped! It was a short drive to lots of lovely places that we visited!

Thanks for a lovely stay in your cottage .. was perfect for a peaceful getaway and some sun on the beach. Cottage contained everything needed to a high standard and the beds were big and very comfortable! All spotlessly clean too!

Our family or 4 children felt at home Very spacious rooms and plenty of living space to relax. We had a great stay here. The apartment was lovely. Compact and still everything you need. Good layout too. Excellent location as well, very close to shops, restaurants, the pub and close to the beach. I loved the sofa! I just had 2 very small niggles if you like. And both could be solved at the same time. The bathroom light was one switch that lit the bathroom and just outside, which was a tiny corridor back to the bedroom (one switch, two lights). The corridor light shone into the bedroom, not massively but it did wake me up when my husband got up in the night. But if there was a little separate light in the bathroom that could be left on all night, you wouldn’t need the main bathroom light during the night. The other one, was no lights near mirrors for doing make up. Again, not a huge issue but if there was one over the bathroom light, this would solve both. There is nothing negative about this apartment. I would recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Claire and her family were wonderful hosts. The booking was spacious and allowed easy access to the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any.

This is the second time i have stayed at this apartment. Its really clean snd spacious and a great base for travelling around the local area. The view from the living room is what sells it. Absolutley stunning. We booked this as a suprise for my Dads 80th birthday Jenny and Family. X

Alyson’s place was just what we needed for our short stay with 3 adults. Alyson was always very responsive, gave clear instructions and was very flexible with checkin. She met us a couple of hours early so we had the afternoon to explore Llandudno. Location was very quiet, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a parking space. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea, coffee etc and milk provided.

Lynn is an excellent host. She is always extremely quick and reponsive if I have any queries. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive when finding some provisions already there for me. The flat is very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped. I have been back several times and no doubt I will be back again in the future.

Cosy and clean apartment, quiet location but still close to seafront, shops, restaurants (few minutes' drive). Very friendlynand helpful host.

Great apartment in a fantastic location really close to sea front. Very well catered to children and baby with equipment on hand. Host communication was excellent and they left us with some essentials like milk bread and jam. We would definitely visit again
