Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay and would for sure come again. Everything was super clean and the location was close to town but far enough away to feel private and secure. The hosts were amazing and very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a perfect spring break week.

Our stay was perfect. The hosts left lots of little touches to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was our second stay and I’m sure we will be back! It is a true gem.

Jessica was an awesome host - responding rapidly to accommodate my family after Military orders changed last minute and our entire family could come together. And the house is a gem! The kitchen is a chef’s dream with double ovens, griddle and 6 burner Thermador professional stove. It was perfect for preparing and enjoying our Thanksgiving meal. The 80” TV/family room for movies and football was just what we wanted. . Great lake-view from a the private corner of the cove. We did not use the hot tub or pool area, but the back deck and grill was perfect for steaks and cocktails. Can’t recommend the place enough for large groups looking to eat, socialize and enjoy Hot Springs NP and Lake Hamilton. It is priced a bit over other spots in the area, but the quality of the home and extra space is more than worth the upgrade to treat your friends and family well. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean condo. We loved how spacious it was for our family of five..all over the age of 15! We had coffee each morning on the balcony and spent some time playing pool and ping pong in the recreation room before lounging in the hot tub. We cooked breakfast one morning and had everything we needed, plus coffee was there and I was so thankful since I’d left mine home! Would love to stay again soon!

The house was amazing, stayed there with 9 friends comfortably, the hot tub was amazing to have. The house was well cleaned and maintained. Overall it was a great choice for a vacation.

Jessi’s place was great for our weekend getaway to Hot Springs. We weren’t at the cabin much because we were out exploring most of the time, but I would recommend her as a host. She is quick to respond whenever I had questions. The cabin is in a peaceful location and close to everything we wanted to do.

Nice little place with a large yard and little stream for the kids to play in.

We traveled with 3 dogs and loved this home! Nestled on 80 acres, with access to the river and multiple trails, we found that we only needed to leave to restock food. The dogs had a great time and were totally worn out by the end of the trip. There is a neighbor with a couple of friendly dogs that roam and will visit, so just something to be aware of if you're bringing dogs as well. The service was bad and internet wasn't great - but that was the point of the trip for us! We got a chance to really unwind, spend time together and slow down as a little family. For anything I needed, Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

Great location and easy check in process. Everything was great.

This place is a must stay if you are planning to dig for diamonds at Crater of Diamonds state park. With three bedrooms and two baths, we had plenty of space and privacy. The washer and dryer are a plus as digging for diamonds is a dirty job. We didn't even have to rent any sifting / digging tools as Robin our host had plenty for us to use-- a big cost saver. Robin our host was an absolute gem (pun intended) and had great recommendations for things to do locally. Make sure you check out her gallery on the square. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again! Note: This is a small quiet rural community, and restaurants and grocery stores in the surrounding area are quite limited. Robin was also very helpful with suggestions in that area as well.

Great place nestled in the middle of beautiful mountains and nature, close to lakes, hikes, crystal mines and 30 min away from downtown Hot Springs. The home had everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 min away from a grocery store and good restaurants - Village hibachi is a must try! Plenty of things to do! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The information on the rental led us to believe this was the ground floor, it even says 9A in the listing, we were second floor and in 9D. We were told last minute that they had stopped painting so the outside looked very bad, the inside was nice and clean, although we expected it to be ground floor and we also had to go to the boat docks to see the fireworks, they could not be viewed from the balcony. We had an enjoyable time with our family and the place was nice, but not what we saw in the listing.

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

Our stay at Dennis’ place was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in the most peaceful location! Dennis was very accommodating and provided great local tips— we got to do everything we wanted, and found out about much more we want to come back and explore! We can’t wait to return to Hot Springs Village, and are so appreciative for the peace and ease of this vacation all thanks to Dennis :)

The communication with Sami was the best we have experienced within all of our years using Airbnb. The pictures match exactly what you will have... no surprises. Sami goes above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and went above / beyond with her special touches. Everything you would possible need is within the condo. No issues and will definitely stay within one of Sami's properties upon our next visit.

The condo was a great place to stay. The waterfront was beautiful. The bed was comfy and the place was spotless. Other than the electrical outlet not working in the bathroom, and having to use the hairdryer and curling iron in the kitchen, we were very satisfied with the place. We would stay there again!
