My family and I absolutely loved the cottage! The screened in back porch was perfect for the rainy weather we experienced and for our children! We came a little unprepared but were saved because Robert had a high chair that was perfect for our youngest baby! It is a beautiful home and we will definitely be looking for it on our next visit to Hot Springs!

This house had it all! Beautiful views over the water, great kitchen and gas grill for cooking, very comfortable beds! We spent a lot of time downstairs playing on the pool table! The double covered porches were also a nice place to spend some time

Feels likes a luxurious treehouse! It’s very quiet and private and we loved being up high in the trees. East to get to the national park and a very relaxing getaway.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. Such a beautiful home! The decor is classy but fun. Each room is beautifully detailed. Not one space was overlooked. Very spacious, warm and cozy rooms. Super stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. They thought of everything and did not skimp on anything! So thoughtful and creative. Beautiful outside area with multiple spaces to cook, relax, visit with each other, enjoy the lake view and sit around the awesome fire pit. Thanks for the complimentary S’more fixins’! Pleasant surprises at every turn. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped, had lunch and enjoyed the baths and spa. The perfect girls’ birthday get-a-way! Vernon quickly responded from beginning to end. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

We loved Carrie’s place! The view was even more gorgeous than the listing photos. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze. Carrie was also extremely helpful and responsive. The condo is located right by all of the attractions in downtown Hot Springs and is a very short drive to Garven Woodland Gardens which was beautiful in the spring and definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait till we can visit again!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place in Hot Springs Village! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Christopher was a great host—responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and likely will when we return to the area. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The pictures did no justice, very beautiful!!! This place is right down from all shopping and eating places. We slept like babies both nights. We will definitely book again!!! Jim responses quickly and he’s very polite.

The view was so good as the picture, location and everything except the cleaning, it's kind of disappointed. I will say kind of dirty. But the neighbor was super nice.

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

We had a delightful two-night stay at this downtown studio in Hot Springs. The location was ideal for easy access to the convention center, and the studio itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made it feel just like home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
