Dehiwala : locations de vacances en appartement

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte direkt nach der Ankunft verbracht. In die Innenstadt von Colombo braucht man ca 30 min mit einem Auto oder TukTuk und an den Strand von Lavina Beach gute 10 min. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe.

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Colombo. The host Deen was great and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Very responsive to messages and also very accomadating allowing us to check out a bit later than the check out time . For the area, you are quite close to a lake. Not too much around in the way of restaurants but about 20 min walk away from the area around Viharamahadevi Park and Cinnamon Gardens, a nice walk through narrow streets. Apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower and a lounge/kitchen area. It's on the top floor of an office block. The security guard who is there 24/7 is really friendly and enjoying chatting to him. We felt safe coming and going.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Himali and Wasanthas place on 20th floor of a residential complex was super comfortable. It’s easy to get around by Tuktuk. We stayed there for 2 weeks for some remote work and city life. The hosts were always responsive and quick in finding solutions to minor issues we raised. There is a minimart downstairs, a laundry, and pool in on the 7th floor good for lap swims (20-25 meters we believe). If you want to explore the city from a quiet and homey base, we can highly recommend the property and the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Квартира просторная, чистая, есть белье, посуда, стиральная машина. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

Luckmika is a 5 star host! Excellent communication and incredibly accommodating. He was always willing to go out of his way to make our stay perfect and was super helpful in giving us recommendations. We had a lot of questions and he always answered quickly. The place is a little gem! Lovely apartment in a quiet area with 24/7 security and walkable to many amenities. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
